Everyone from the front desk to the back staff were very friendly and kind not only to me but to other patients. In the waiting areas and hallways Even though they were extremely busy yet still took the time to cheerful greet everyone . All the nurses and my NP Tyler were so easy to talk to and he explained what he thought my issue was and totally help my anxiety about my issue I was so nervous when I went into my appointment and I felt so much better when I left. I can honestly say Reid Orthopedics is a great place with an amazing staff 10/10
