Dr Thomas at orthopedic was Fantastic, we really liked him. He gave us all the answers to our question,we were treated with the up most respects (Consider the last Doctor we saw Dr Nutal )

I love Dr. Nuttall. He is the most caring doctor I know!! He takes all the time I need to ask questions. I tell him that he is my best cheerleader!! Reid Hospital is lucky to have found him!! He is a keeper!!

main problem with any other "doctor" or "care provider" around here; no one listens. especially if i can't say what i need to say very fast. but with emphysema i don't hav that power in me to do so. people like me don't stand a chance with these quacks. exhausted.

The poor receptionist was overwhelmed as she was both checking in and out patients and the line was fairly long. Would recommend a second person during peak times.

I was seen in a timely manner. All my questions were answered thoroughly. The nurses and doctors were friendly and knowledgeable.

I asked for a change of prescription since my medicine was making me sick, said they would take care of it, an hour and a half later and nothing is sent or signed off for my medicine, I then wait another hour and a half, three hours total after my appointment and still nothing is signed off or sent, I now have to wait until tomorrow because there is no longer anyone there to fix the issue. I wouldn't say that is being helpful in a timely manner.

I've had 2 back surgeries, a knee replacement, surgery on my elbow and now a broken wrist. I trust them completely.

All my interactions with the Reid Healthcare have been exceptional. My surgery provided and performed was a very as pleasant and and professional as one could hope for. 4 north was so very kind and supportive, as have all the wonderful doctors, nurses, and support staff. The food from the kitchen served during my stay was exceptional. So much so that I called to compliment them for their great food and service before I went home. EVERYONE was a star each timei needed something or some help. God bless you all.

Everyone was nice

Very knowledgeable. Careing. Genuinely careing and encouraging in my recovery. Demonstrated exercises to stretch muscles. Really loved their sharing before and after X-rays of injury. Will forever recommend Reid Ortho.Dr Nathall and Dr Thompson was the absolute best!

I would have preferred to see Dr. Nuttall instead of his associate. But I was satisfied with whom took care of me.
