I was seen in a timely manner everyone was friendly answered all questions and listened to me making me feel very comfortable with my visit. I left feeling like a valued patient.

Abby Koons is fabulous. Her whole team is amazing. I travel from Florida just to see Abby. She is the best! You are truly blessed to have such a wonderful team working at Reid.

Dr and assistant went above and beyond expectations. My wife and I left with a much brighter outlook for cancer treatment. Non Small Cell lung cancer.

I have been seen multiple dozens of times in the last two years trying to find out what's going on with me. I have missed a lot of work being sick and going to appointments, infusions and being hospitalized. Hundreds of thousands of dollars paid by my insurance company in the last two years. Last year my 7k deductible was sent to Commerce bank for me to make payments on. I still make that $155 payment monthly. This year's deductible was sent to collections. I called and spoke to a lady in your billing department who said she would talk with a manager and try to reverse it since it was just done that day. She asked if I would like for it to also be sent to commerce, I said yes. She said she would call me back. I never received a call back from her, instead a letter from a collection agency. As I already mentioned, I am at Reid a minimum of three times weekly getting labs, iv fluids and iron infusions. Therefore miss a lot of work and not bringing in as much as I normally would. This has put a huge stress on me mentally and financially. I think after this year I might look to be treated elsewhere. Since you couldn't get 5k from someone who is struggling medically, you won't be getting all of my insurance monthly either.

The staff at this office are all awesome. I'm grateful for the care they have given to me.

I see several doctors and Nurse Practitioners and they are awesome and make you feel like no one else is coming today . They take the time to ask me questions not tell me what they think first

It was a great experience. However I did not appreciate the long wait. My appointment was at 2;40 pm I got into a room at 3:40 and then it was another 20 to 30 minutes before she came in..The wait was worth it because NP Koons is the very best.
