Sept. 5, 2025 -- Reid Health recently was one of six organizations honored
for their work to improve how they use technology to deliver care.
The Pinnacle Award for physicians was presented to Reid by
KLAS Research at the company's annual Arch Collaborative Learning Summit. The
KLAS Arch Collaborative initiative helps hundreds of healthcare organizations
around the world to collaborate on improving the electronic health records
(EHR) experience for clinicians.
Winners were determined by how well they performed in Net
EHR Experience Score, a benchmark that measures providers' overall satisfaction
with their EHR system.
Reid placed in the top tier for delivering meaningful
improvements in provider experience, efficiency, and patient care through
technology.
"This was our first time joining the KLAS Arch
Collaborative, and receiving the Pinnacle Award for Physician EHR Experience
means a lot," said Muhammad Siddiqui, Vice President/Chief Information Officer
for Reid Health.
"The award reflects our clinicians' honest feedback, their
dedication, and their belief that technology should support care, not get in
the way. I'm so proud of our team for turning what they heard into real,
lasting improvements."
Reid staff set out to reduce staff burnout, increase
efficiency, and make technology a true partner in care through provider
education, support, and feedback as well as expanding EHR features, including
AI solutions.
"The Pinnacle Award underscores Reid Health's role as an
innovator among community hospitals," said Annuradha Bhandari, MD, Medical
Director of Clinical Informatics at Reid Health.
"By aligning with the three KLAS pillars of success of governance, education, and personalization, we've proven community-based health systems can deliver results on par with the nation's largest academic centers."
