Transportation

Seniors should never feel like they're a burden on their caregivers, and Reid Health PACE transportation can help you feel more independent, as well as provide an opportunity for daily socializing outside your home.

Participants will receive free daily transportation between their home and the PACE Center and to and from doctor and medical facility visits. Our drivers are specially trained to assist elderly passengers, including those who use wheelchairs and others with limited mobility. Drivers develop personal relationships with participants and alert direct care providers to changes in mood or health.

Those PACE participants who require additional support may also receive transportation and a helpful escort to get them to specialist appointments.
