The inaugural Reid Health Foundation Adventure Course begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday, June 21, at the Indiana University East Cross Country Course, behind Hayes Hall at 2325 Chester Blvd., Richmond.
This family-friendly, self-paced, three-mile obstacle course features more than 12 exciting challenges and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Individuals, families, and teams can sign up at reidhealth.org/AdventureCourse. Registration is $20 for adults and $10 for children. Children must be at least 10 years old to participate, and those under 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the course.
The Adventure Course is a Reid Health Foundation event to benefit Reid's Athletic Training Program. We provide an Athletic Trainer at no cost to nine area high schools and one NAIA university. Athletic Trainers play an important role in injury prevention and management, provide immediate care and emergency response, and offer rehab and recovery programs while educating student-athletes.
