Reid Health invites you to Get on Board with PACE! Join us for an open house, at the Reid Health Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE), where you'll have the opportunity to:

- Win prizes and receive giveaways!

- Enjoy "in-flight" snacks and drinks

- Dominique Stewart, NP, meet and greet

- Tour the building

- Join us for activities and games

Reid Health PACE Center is for seniors who will be 55+ at the time of their enrollment, live in the PACE service area (view here: https://www.reidhealth.org/pace), are eligible for nursing home-level of care, and are able to live safely on their own.

We invite you to join us on this journey and learn more!
