12. Bernie Rowell

As an emerging artist, Bernie Rowell created small wall pieces using dyes on raw silk overstitched with machine embroidery and beads. This technique honed her technical skills, while evolving to her current preference of paint on canvas. A former art teacher, Rowell enjoys the creative process of experimenting with new techniques and problem solving, all while developing her own "visual vocabulary."
