Women's Health

  • Urinary Incontinence - Stress, urge, mixed and vesicovaginal incontinence, rectovaginal fistulas, urethral diverticulitum
  • Vaginal prolapse
  • Lower urinary tract symptoms
  • Acute and chronic UTIs (for all female recurrent UTI referrals we request the patient have a CT abdomen/pelvis with/without IV contrast performed. This is to determine if the patient should be consulted by the Urologist or Urogynocologist. You can copy Dr. Aaron Johnson on the order.)
  • Uterovaginal prolapse - multi compartment defects
  • Voiding dysfunction
  • Fecal incontinence and obstructed defecation
  • Pelvic floor dysfunction
  • Female sexual dysfunction
  • Vulvar dermatoses
  • Refractory urinary incontinence


Men’s Health

  • Prostate enlargement (BPH) (we request that any male patient over the age of 55 or any male having urinary symptoms have a PSA level completed before submitting referral.
    - Urinary Retention
    - Lower urinary tract (symptoms: frequency, urgency, and burning with urination)
    - Elevated PSA
  • Erectile Dysfunction
  • Low testosterone (we request that the patient have 2 testosterone levels completed within one month of each other. Once both tests are complete we can proceed with the referral. Per American Urological Association guidelines, if the patient's testosterone levels come back greater than 300 they do not recommend treatment.)
  • Incontinence
  • Prostatitis/UTI
  • Male infertility For any abnormal semen analysis or fertility referrals we request that the patient have 2 semen analysis separated by 3 months of each other.
