Dr. Hayden is very nice and knowledgeable, and makes sure you know what to do about your problem. She took her time both times ive seen her to explain everything i needed to know. She is a great Dr. Unlike my other reid health doctors. I would recommend Dr. Hayden to my daughter and any friends that need her care.

The staff at the front desk are very nice. Even when you get called back they are just as nice. My PA is wonderful. I can talk to her and not be embarrassed. She is so very helpful and listens, and I appreciate that so much.

I am being released from care. I am not perfect but Mary H. gave me information to keep on obtaining and keeping my good health as I am in my 70's. She and her staff were very sweet . I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Mary listens to me and gives me straight up answers. She is very kind and thoughtful. Bryanna the LPN with her is just awesome. She remembered me from other visits and said she was was anxious to see me after she saw me on the schedule. That kind of interaction is very important.

The entire Urological group @ Reid are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, from check-in, to the prescribed appointment, to the conclusion of my visit and the pleasant young woman who sets up the next appointment. Staff is ready to answer questions, give explanation, and use the most recent treatment options.

Even though I only see Mrs. Hayden once a year, she obviously has reviewed my chart and remembers my particulars. She has always advised me on how to save money with prescriptions, which I greatly appreciate. And, she talked about my ongoing care.

All the staff, were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was seen in a timely manner and the NP that I saw was very professional and answered all my questions.

Paperwork I was given stated I was to have an EKG. There was no order when I went to the outpatient lab area. They spoke to my doctor and she told them if no order was sent then it's not necessary. I don't know if someone dropped the ball or...? I hope it doesn't cause a problem when I arrive for my procedure.
