Reid Health offers inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services for adults and seniors, including helping with issues such as addictions, dementia, depression, and other emotional/behavioral problems. We are committed to helping patients obtain the highest quality of life possible.

Tina Chavis, NP-C, is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

"I was only 12 years old when my family suffered the tragic death of my 14-year-old brother. I remember the compassionate faces of the medical team that cared for my family. I knew one day I could be that healthcare provider who could be part of a team who would not only care for the patient but also the patient's family.

"I enjoy taking the time to understand my patients, where they come from and what might be influencing how they handle their decisions in their life, health, and wellbeing. I like to meet my patients and families where they are in their lives or situations. Although they might not be where I want them to be, I can work with them to help them meet their goals."
