I called the morning of my appt and nobody told me that I needed another PA for another audio graph in which I had taken just 6 months ago or less and when I got there to the doctor's office they said they had to cancel the visit because they needed that prior authorization before they could see me so why wasn't I told that over the phone before I got there is my only question! Why waste my time to come to an appt just to not be seen? Was this the staff up fronts fault or not? The way I see it is that the doctor knew that I had that appt and needed a PA so why didn't they have the staff call me and tell me that and tell me they will reschedule when they get that prior authorization besides that like I said I just had that audio graph approximately 6 months ago things couldn't have changed that drastically I don't think so anyway I mean the prior authorization was okay the first time around, actually this whole thing is just been one big mess up the whole ordeal from the get or I should say from the time I got the phone call the day before my appt from the staff member up front leaning a VM saying I needed to bring in my quoted price and that's when I had to cancel the appointment and come to find out there was no quoted price. That's where things got all turned around and messed up.

I was given a hearing test and it was a very good test . Something that I was needing to get. This test will determine if I need hearing aids .
This was my 6 month hearing aid cleaning/visit. Some of the questions on the survey weren't relevant to it. Dr. Hanson did a great job. She listened carefully and explained things clearly. Overall, it was a very good visit.
