I was scheduled for a 6:40 AM appointment without my input? I will not be available for a general appointment before 9:00 AM going forward. No one I know has ever had a doctor appointment that early in the morning.

More of an orderer and less of a listener. Did not care for that. Would be more corrector instead of a listener. I know what's going on.

The nurse practitioner I had was the best out of the other 2 I had. I really liked Ms Panday she went over everything with me and listened. Didn't rush me out like most doctors do.

Previous cardiologist decreased my medication but a month later I was told to take twice as much. I didn't catch this until after my visit. I am confused.

My visit was very satisfactory with all of my questions answered in sufficient detail to satisfy my need to know.

No one in the office seemed to know my medical concern. I was kept waiting in the office after my visit with Dr. Panday for half an hour.

First Telehealth visit, call was nearly 15 minutes late. provider not up-to-date on patient history, had allergies wrong, didn't have latest information on when test were performed or bloodwork. Felt like I was telling her what was in the chart.

I was there for blood work. The nurse was so sweet and so careful. All I can say is I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Chong's office. The nurses and the girls at the front office are just awesome! And Dr. Chong is the best doctor I could ever go to.

Nisha is the best . She took control of my meds and has my blood pressure better now than it has been in a long time. She takes the time to answer all of my questions, she goes over everything with me and she is very thorough .

I have not been fond of Dr Chong since I 1st met him in Dec. He doesn't listen and is vague when answering questions. I feel he is a qualified Dr. But his bedside manner I'd horrible. I feel all he wants to do is treat my symptoms and not a cure. I will be going elsewhere for further treatment
