The NP was wonder, polite, listened to me and explained things well. The nurse was a little short with me and didn't listen well. She kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me finish what I was saying.

Fabulous treatment the entire visit! Kim was very quick in checking me in. Sam was caring and efficient, and Nicole was concerned not only about my current complaint but about things we only spoke of briefly in previous visits. They are #1 in my book!

The numerous texts 'reminding ' me of the appointment is NOT necessary. I believe there were 5 text messages starting on December 16, 2 weeks prior. WHY is that necessary? Then I'm asked to let the office know when I get there via text AND check in at the window. I realize not everyone remembers their appointment, but this is toooooo much.
