Very friendly and helpful.

I was send downstairs to medical equipment to be measured for FarrowWrap Compression. The lady that greeted me into the store was very friendly and told the staff in the storage area that I was there, and also gave my order to the attendants in the storage area. An older lady employee popped her head out, said she was really busy and suggested a get a coffee, or visit the boutique store to pass time. I did get a coffee, and then came back to the medical equipment store, browsed around, and then sat in a chair and waited to be called. The same older lady employee approached myself about 10-15 minutes later. I don't mind waiting, especially if an employee is working with another customer. The lady (Her badge was turned, so I don't know what her name was), looked at me, took a deep breath and sighed. "I don't know how I'm supposed to measure you when you are wearing a dress! You should have been measured at your Dr's appointment!" She then told the lady attending the store that she had to take me to the Breast Center. The walk there was tense. This lady has poor people skills, and definitely does not know how to communicate with another professionally. During the measurements she did not act like she knew exactly how or what to do. I am in hopes that she got the measurements correct. I am relying on her capabilities for my health. I think staff should counsel this lady in how to be a professional at work. One other thing she stated was, "Because of your strange measurements, your wraps will have to be special ordered. You should get a call to pick them up by this Friday." I still have not heard anything about them being ready for pick up.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful with my questions, I felt very comfortable with all the professional people, they were all very interested in my condition, I was impressed.

Mary Greenwalt is exceptional. Knowledgeable, kind, considerate. I enjoy my visits with her and always look forward to spending time with her.

Vascular appointment was good. We go over all that is going on with my health and the nurse listens as well as I listen to her suggestions and what I should do. Thank you for such a great person to handle my health issues.
