PA is not patient friendly

I am very appreciative that Dr Bawa showed me the Brain MRI images and explained the Abnormal Left Sphenoid Disease. Depending on how I lay, I sometimes feel like one side of my internal nasal cavity collapses making it difficult to breath. I believe I have age related allergies to some outdoor conditions. Therefore I think the allergy testing is a good idea. The paper questionnaire provides them good feedback and both K. Carter and Dr. Bawa were good listeners. Great teamwork at this practice!

Always a wonderful experience when going in to the ent office. All the medical assistants and nurses are lovely and always make us feel welcomed.
