I felt the staff was very rushed. I think they may be short-staffed & trying to get as many seen as possible.
I appreciate the phone call after surgery. Day of surgery is always a little crazy. After care instructions can easily get lost in the mix. I appreciate the approach to ensure the patient is taken care of.

The check in process is different from other RHPA offices. This is not good for patients. Reid needs to be consistent across the board so patients are not confused from one office to the next. Furthermore, I was not notified prior to my sons appointment how the check in process was to go. we were sent back to our car after getting out to check in. Had it been raining or snowing this would have made one even more upset. The MA that took care of use was great. The practitioner was great. The check in and waiting process needs some work.

I was all ways happy with my care
I feel someone dropped the ball on my last post surgery appt. The doctor wasn't there to scope my nose and I remember the scheduler stating he had to be there for this appt. Nothing was done for me at this appt. and my questions couldn't be answered because he wasn't there. Now I have to take even more time off work to come back to see the Dr. and have to pay another copay all because your staff screwed up! I feel I shouldn't be charged for the next visit since the last visit should never have taken place if your staff would have done their job correctly.
I disagreed about the friendliness of the person preparing me for my appointment. There was a young man~ He is the one who took me back for my appointment and took my vitals. He was short and rude. Another lady came in to review my medications and ask routine questions~ she was very kind and friendly. All of the staff~ with the exception of one ~ in this practice have always been kind and friendly. I have received excellent treatment from every staff member I have ever had contact with except him. I think this says a lot about your employees and his behavior.
No better place around here. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness to make the process as easy as possible during covid. Almost prefer the wait in car and get a call when appt is ready. Seemed very beneficial for everyone involved. Patient to Provider.
