We didn't have any issues wirn Dr. Carter, we felt she was a little too rushed, without providing information. She didn't agree when I stated that tubes were to cause less ear infections, as told by xxx's ENT. and just brushed it off by saying "okay". I was very obviously concerned with the 2 ear infections he had since having tubes, one being so severe his ear bled a LOT. She didn't go over this with me or help me to understand, or prevent this. I would say it wasn't a bad experience but it was not at all what I was looking for and could've been better informed.

The PA did not seem overly concerned regarding my rash after using the coconut oil with vitamin B. This visit was totally useless and a waste of money.

I've always been given excellent care by the ENT team. They've listened to my symptoms and reacted accordingly.

There were a couple things in the after care package that wasn't included, i.e. is it OK to shower after surgery, ok to brush teeth.

I really appreciate Dr. Bawa and all he did for me. I wish that he would take more time to explain things to you along with his staff members. I wish they could be more friendly on things and communicate instructions more clearly on AVS. The one call Dr. Jettmore was wonderful when we had to call him the night after my procedure. I really appreciated how he took his time and talked thing though with me to my understanding.
