Kristen Ewing FNP

My experience with this establishment has been off the chart!..10 stars!..Finally, a group of physicians is getting to the bottom of my health issues and helping me!!..Wish I had found them years ago. I can not say enough great things about them!

Received a lot of information. Was really pleased with visit and looking forward to follow up visit

The overwhelming number of reminders was annoying and negatively impacted my score. I do not need 3-5 text messages, at least that many MyChart notices, emails & almost daily reminders/offers to schedule for an earlier appointment. Both my wife and I who independently received reminders for the appointment noted we almost responded with stop notices for texts and emails and turned off MyChart notices b/c of how overwhelming the volume of alerts/interruptions/noise was. Please rethink the strategy.

I do not feel like I'm truly heard or cared about sometimes.

I thought dr casselman was my provider but was switched to an NP and was told that is who I will see going forward for my appointment's. I don't mind seeing an NP for minor things but not my annual check up.

Felt like a fool going in here. Came in for food allergies and she shut it down immediately and said that's not what I have. Not saying she's wrong, but it just felt like she wanted me in and out and didn't truly want to listen to my concerns. Pointless doctors bill that I have to pay because they did absolutely NOTHING. Didn't check ANYTHING. Literally just came in for 3 minutes and had a conversation and left. Was extremely let down.

The provider was very friendly and fun to talk to. It was a very pleasant visit.

the appointment was easy and I didn't have to wait hardly at all. I feel that Kristen is super nice. Explains well and really cares about how you're doing.

This was my first visit with NP Kristen Ewing. She was professional, attentive, and answered my questions in a direct manner.

Kristen was absolutely amazing with the treatment plan for my little one. Couldn't recommend her or Dr. Casselman more for Allergies or asthma care!

I can't say enough about how pleasant it is to walk into a Reid facility and have all the staff members smiling and answering your questions and treating you with the utmost respect as a patient. To the reception personnel, nurses and doctors I say well done! ENT on Chester Boulevard is always neat clean and organized. Reid Health fan!
