All went well

As a new patient, the staff and the care provider are very cordial and easy to talk to. They are very informative and knowledgeable.

She was very attentive and kind.

Provider is always nice and explains things well but I would really like it if the Provider would listen to my lungs and heart and check me out at my visit instead of just talking and asking questions. I feel as having asthma my whole life taking a daily inhaler and blood pressure meds with a history of hypertension i should be having my lungs and heart at least listened to in my visits .

Things did feel a little rushed, but I assume it was a busy day. Everyone was kind to me and I got the care that was needed. Waiting for a long time in an empty exam room can be stressful at times, though.

Best treatment ever.

The assistant announced my weight at the scales. I even said thanks for the announcement. I don't think she got it. The NP was aloof, cold, and I felt didn't understand why I wasn't over the death of my husband. All in all the conversation with NP was not effective.

The nurse practioner listened to me, but didn't hear me. Several issues were not addressed: Recently high blood pressure, nothing addressed to why. Totally overlooked I have Lupus...high blood pressure is a side effect. Why not even addressed?

Ms. Blankley was very informative on my Wellness Visit and what the purpose was to manage insurance benefits. She was very helpful and understanding. I would recommend Koren Blankley to everyone as a first line of practical defense for health concerns.

She was very short. She talked without compassion. She ended it with if up throw up or poop lot of blood call 911. That's not good for blood pressure. She was very gruff. Told me I must get a colonoscopy. Just bad experience.

There was some confusion regarding labs prior to this appointment. I asked several weeks before and was told they would be ordered at tne appointment. However my nurse practitioner assumed tests were already done. I feel like her information was not complete.

Dr. Blankley is very nice and you can tell she takes the time, effort and really is helpful. I enjoy my wellness appointment every year!

She always seems to be in a hurry to get out of the room! Even after I always wait forever on her. She puts false information on my chart, things we don't even talk about. Will not help me with my issues.

She is extremely polite an show concerns!

I have never been treated with more kindness, considerstion or respect. This is why I drive an hour for care. This staff deserves highest marks possible. Thank you

Dr Koren and her staff were kind and professional. I have a complex medical history. The nurses and doctor were empathetic and supportive. I felt heard and respected. The only complaint I have was the wait time. I am so happy that Reid set me up with this appointment because my GP retired.

It is far too expensive, over 350 for an office visit is going to force me to go out of town. I am Self pay and can't afford that.

My Dr care about my health.

The ER doctor came out to waiting area and addressed the crowd of people. He Starting seeing people in waiting area and knocked waiting time from 5-7 hours to an hour. He was amazing

My doctor is the best she listened to my concerns and has the answer for me . I would trust her with my life if she would have to make critical decisions. Very nice and professional I'm blessed to have her as my doctor.

She was very on top of everything. We have a great plan of action. I had a difficult time getting an appointment when I needed it. This was not her fault. Next time I will use my chart to send her a message and that will work better.

Kind and personable

Everytime I go to The Doctors office , I'm treated so nice. All the staff there has always been very polite to me. Koren is a great person, & À great Primary Care Taker. Her and The staff are very professional at what they do. And they care about their patients needs. They also take your health care needs serious. This is why I like going their for my health care.

Koren was very honest and straight forward. I like doctors that don't "sugar coat" things and tell you exactly what it is. The hard truth is best to hear especially when it comes to being healthy. I liked her right away, so yeah, she's awesome.

I was brought back right away and the nurse was very friendly and nice. Asked all the questions and kept me at ease. But then I waited in the room a half an hour. I understand delays but if I were 30 minutes late I would have been asked to reschedule. My time is valuable as well as the doctors.

She has been very professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!!
