I seen the NP Jessica and she was so kind and polite. She explained all the results of my testing and explained the treatment to me.
Extremely professional, very pleasant , and reassuring.
I saw a nurse practitioner I had never seen before. She gathered some information and my questions and left to go call someone else to determine my course of treatment. Not a confidence builder for me. Maybe next time I can just call whoever she called and have the conversation for myself.
