Very personable and genuinely concerned.
She is very pleasant and well trained.
Amazing provider.
Very friendly welcoming people from start to finish everyone smiled at you made you feel comfortable and treated you like a person not like they was better. Just a great place all around I hate doctors offices but didn't mind this one and even the lady that took my blood was very sweet.so thanks to everyone that made my visit a good one.
The whole oncology department-from registration clerks , Ieshsa NP, Stephanie and Emma RNs are wonderful. They are so kind and caring. We have never had a bad experience in the oncology department. They are kind not only to the patient but the family as well. Always asking if anything is needed and offering before we even ask. Reid has it down in how to run an oncology department and the people are the best!!!
Ieshsa is the best. Love her and how she cares for her patients.
Well I'm over the masks wearing, there are older people walking around with there masks under there Chin and am find with that so why are we still wearing them they don't help!!!!!!!! They're actually more harm than good to people and you medical officials know that so let's just quit the dog and pony show and let us go back to normal
She was very caring Dr .
Excellent care!l
Every one was very helpful
Well I had a nice experience with the nurse practitioner that I seen but getting in to see her was not so nice of an experience the nurse that I spoke with made it sound like the issue that I had was not likely to be an issue at all and I was even refused and being able to get my medication until I seen the nurse practitioner or the doctor I'm switching to a new oncologist which is pitiful when I was seeing this doctor but due to the rudeness and undue necessity of being just blatant nasty from the nurse that I spoke to just to get into this appointment is all uncalled for so I will not recommend anyone go to the cancer center at Reid anymore thank you
Very polite and nice
She listened to me and shared information. She also discussed possible outcomes and future plans for treatment. It was a great experience
Ieshsa Very caring person.
I did what she recommended
EVERYONE WAS SO NICE TO US WE REALLY LIKE GOING THERE AAND WD LOVE ARE DOC THERE SHE A SWEET LADY THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP
very thorough appreciated the time and the concerns thank you
I feel confident that I'm receiving excellent, comprehensive care here.
Nurse practitioner is very knowledgeable and helpful
This person was filling in for my regular practitioner, who was out on emergency. I had not seen her before, but she clearly had familiarized herself with my case. She was able answer my questions as much as was possible, and provide recommendations, which was what I needed. I would be comfortable seeing her again.
She answered questions and explain things about my illness
Ieshsa was super professional and actually listened to me instead of brushing me off. I really appreciate her and I hope I am on the road to feeling better soon
Iesha Engle is an excellent NP on Oncology. She always takes time to listen and answer any questions you have. We are truly blessed to have her at Reid.
Didnt feel rushed. Advocated for me with my insurance company. Gave me all my options.
I love Ieshsa she is precious! Very easy to talk to & explains every thing for me to understand!!!!
I was so pleased with my appointment. She never acted like she was in a hurry and answered all our questions. We left the appointment feeling very well informed. Would like to say Thank You
Always kind , always professional and they always make the experience as fun as going to the doctors can be ! ?
All the nurses are very helpful and nice!?
I'm impressed by the care I receive at Reid hospital. I wish my family were closer so they could go there.
informative
Very through and friendly
Iesha Engle is caring compassionate and has done everything she could to help me with my illness. She has helped to get me on the path to feeling better along with the tests and referrals I've needed to fix my health problems. I couldn't of asked for a better practitioner. Kim at the front office is kind ,caring and helpful along with Martina the nurse for Iesha has always been kind and helpful. I would recommend this team to anyone . Thank you for the great care I have received
Chemo infusion nurses are wonderful.
Everyone at Reid oncology goes above and beyond to make sure that I am cared about and cared for.
Experienced caring knowledgeable!
Was very upset to find out that my chemotherapy was pushed back at least one week because of a shortage of my chemotherapy and this was to be my second treatment
Iesha is a great provider. She knew my medical history and was able to answer questions that I've had for months. She has a clear treatment plan for me and made sure I understood everything. I am very happy with my care and glad she is taking care of me.
First class care totally. Love the oncology staff!
Everyone were nice, I will recommend, everyone to that staff.
First time seeing Iesha and I loved her. Made me feel comfortable and seemed very sincere in getting my health back up to par. She is definitely an asset to the oncology team. Felt as comfortable with her as I am with Dr. Williamson!
Ieshsa was wonderful! She took her time and explained everything to me!
She took a great deal of time with me to answer all my questions and added suggestions for health and nutrition. She was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about me as a person not just a patient.
Like the person
She seemed very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with !
Very caring people
Very helpful
The doctor and nurses are very nice and cares about you
He is a very caring doctor.
Ieshsa Engle, NP is an amazing caregiver. She genuinely cares about her patients! She takes the time to listen to you and she offers feedback and or suggestions.
My appointment began in a timely manner. I have full confidence in Ieshsa Engle. She is very knowledgeable and always listens to my concerns.
My Reid Oncology NP visit was excellent. I feel they know me and my health profile. I was well taken care of. Thank you so much! Also, I've been in a couple times recently as legal guardian for my disabled sister. The doctor (Ob/Gyn) and staff have all been very sensitive to her needs and I feel confident with the care she has had since I've started bringing her in. Thank you for that too. ------------------ On a negative note and NOT necessarily about the oncology department--Reid cleanliness seems to be slipping. There were gnats flying around our food when we ate in the cafeteria recently. We couldn't finish our meal. Also, an assistant in outpatient radiology escorted me into a bathroom that had feces blown all over the toilet. She saw it but expected me to use it. ?? I had to ask for another bathroom. The floors in a couple patient rooms I've been in look very soiled. I love Reid and think someone would like to know these things. I'm sorry to bring these to you.
Everyone has been very helpful through this process. I cannot ask for better providers and staff.
