Everyone was friendly, courteous & professional. Emily was thorough in explanations & instructions.

I was nervous for my PAP today, but Emily was so gentle, I didn't feel the pain at all like I always did previously. I really liked the visit today, it was pleasant and easy in and out.

I'm so glad I came to Reid OBG. The NP I saw was great and so was her assistant. I was nervous about the visit and they put me at ease right away. I was very satisfied and would definitely go backnif I have any more issues.

Emily Hart is such a a jewel. Put you at ease and talks with you not at you.

I used to come here years ago and I ran into a provider I didn't care for. She has since left and Emily was absolutely the best. I wasn't made to feel embarrassed about questions I had and felt confident enough not only to ask them but made another appointment to be rechecked!

Emily was great. She explained things in detail from previous appointments that were not explained. She educated me well on my labs and what to do. She also educated me about upcoming appointments and what to expect. This was a much better experience than I had at my last appointment. I would recommend her to anyone. Emily Hart, NP was wonderful as always! She takes the time to make sure all questions and concerns are discussed and everything is understood. She sits in the room and patiently speaks with me and I never feel rushed or as though my concerns aren't taken seriously.

Emily is very knowledgeable, great communicator, and is passionate about providing high quality care. Being a provider myself, I completely trust the care she provides.

Emily come in and sat down and looked me in the eye and helped explain some of the issues I had would be led to a cause. Then gave me some options on how we go about treating it and solving some of the issues. She stayed and explained everything to me in a way I completely understand. Planning on going back very soon.

The medical personnel were open to questions. They double checked my chart. They explained before and as they proceeded. They asked permission to examine deeper. All good.

Not friendly, acted very uninterested and like she didn't want to be there

Emily Hart NP has been the 1st provider to seem concerned about my medication list and medical history. She pushed for me to be tested for my thyroid issue and I liked that (even though I declined) she seemed like she TRULY cared about my health and I wasn't just a number in the system. Good for her!
