I feel like Dr.Han and Dr. Chong care about keeping me healthy ...l feel like they are doing all that they can do to keep my heart healthy ...????...I trust them with all my heart ( no pun intended ...???) The staff and nurses are great too ...They are always nice , friendly and caring ...??

Always, the staff was very professional, but also friendly and very accommodating. No complaints from me!!

I prefer my appts in the early mornings so I can get in and see doctors and get back home. I don't feel as rushed by having early appts.

I understand that Dr Han is a good doctor and knows a lot but he doesn't seem to care about his patients.

I was taken to an exam room and a nurse did bp, pulse ox, and verified meds. I then waited a half hour and no one came in so I walked out.

I have always had a great experience with everyone at Reid Cardiology.

The employee are alway very nice and friendly ...Office people , nurses and the doctors ...I have faith in my doctors ....I feel like they want to help me the best way know how ....??

Dr. Han is very knowledgeable and conscientious. While he has a strong accent, he is aware of it, and frequently asks questions to be sure that you understand. He has excellent word choices to transmit complex issues.

Beth was wonderful today while doing my ekg and taking vitals. She interacted with my daughter and made me feel at ease. Dr. Han is always a 10/10!!!! Lori helped us back out after the appointment and was a pleasure as always!

Dr Han was so positive, knowledgeable, and easy to talk too! He explained the Watchman so I felt comfortable having the procedure done. He is a super friendly surgeon, and I highly recommend him.

I have always been very pleased with the service at receive at Reid Health. Staff and facilities are top notch.

Dr. Han is very kind and professional. He and his staff treats my autistic daughter with respect and kindness. They explain everything in terms she can understand. They also respect me to advocate for my autistic daughter and they answer my questions. We have been seeing Dr. Han now for about 10 years now and he always takes the time to do what he needs to do to take the proper care of my daughter. I wouldn't go to anyone else but Dr. Han. Don't forget the staff is also very kind and knowledgeable about the task they have to do, so the doctor gets the right information so he can give proper advice to use about her health. Thank you from the front desk, nurses, Dr.Han. We were treated with kindness from all the staff.

I liked that he was easy to understand gave me options.

Dr. Han even asked me questions related to the information I put on my check-in sheet. I was impressed, as most doctors leave that info to their nurses.
