Dr. White is great and because I have seen him for approximately 50 years~ I will continue to do so. However~ Reid does not accept my insurance~ therefore~ he is the only contact with Reid that I will have.
I love everybody at Dr. White's office. I will be sad when he retires.

I was the first appointment after lunch and had to wait 10 minutes to get back to a room. I needed to get back to work and no one was in much of a hurry. The MD was odd and did not even look at my throat which was my main complaint.
All nurses are very nice~ and efficient.

I've called to schedule an appointment & it has never led to a pick up. I always have to leave a message. I'm sure they're very busy~ so it doesn't bother me. Just have noticed I have always prepared to just leave a message

Your new computer system that is used for billing is not set up completely. Reid hospital must not have the I T capability to talk to Dr. White billing computer. Pay my bill in full~ day of office visit~ zero balance. Week later~ get a bill from Reid? 3 times in the last year. Please get your billing system up to speed.
