Had to wait for the doctor to come in For about 35 minutes

Was there a lengthy time before seeing doctor. Must have been a busy day for him.

Very nice and helpful

Dr. Li is excellent. The staff was very kind. Not sure why I wasn't seen for an hour and a half 4:30, after my 3pm appt. That is not like Dr. Li. Nurse had told me he had 2 patients before me, but never updated me on delay. I almost thought they had gone home and left me. Again, this was very unlike Dr. Li. I'm sure there must have been an emergency or something. Also, the machine that should read my loop recorder would not work...it did this last year too. Get the dang thing fixed people! Please do not charge me for that read out because it didn't happen.

Thank you to the to best cardiologist and team anyone could ask for saved my life and I flatlined over 35 times they kept going best team ever sincerely,xxx. They rock!!!!!!

I feel very confident about the care that I am getting from Dr Li

My appointment was for one o'clock. I waited until everyone that checked in after me was taken in. After I foundling got taken in it was 2 o'clock before I saw the doctor. To be honest I usually would have left. But I like Dr Li.

New Doctor to me today. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened to me and explained he is gonna take baby steps so that he doesn't miss anything. I will definitely recommend him to others!

It's was good my doctor told me what I needed to know

Dr. Li is a fantastic doctor! He is very personable and knowledgeable.

I waited 50 minutes before the doctor came into the exam room. This is the second appointment at this office and both times the wait was excessive. My time is valuable too. This long of a wait is unacceptable.

Seen in a timely manner. Courteous, polite, answered my questions, addressed an additional issue.

The following not good practice: 1. Young woman who took me to Exam room had NO ID. She didn't give her name or position. She could have laundry as far as I knew, 2. After she left, it was 75 minutes before the provider came to the exam room (he was in the dictation room). 3.NO one came to check on me during the 75 minute wait. I could have coded and no one would have known. 4. I had to use the restroom do I ecited the exam room alone, found someone to show me the restroom and then returned to the exam room. Dr. Li was very kind although difficult to understand. But the 75 minute delay is not good practice.

All was good except the appointment commenced 58 minutes after the scheduled time.

I think Dr. Li might have had an emergency but I wasn't told of any reason as to why except I was in the exam room forabout 50 minutes and that wasnot counting the time I spent when I first was called in which I waited in the main lobby for 20 minutes. I think an explanation was needed as to why I had to wait for so long. My time is valuable too!He is a very good Doctor!

Excellent visit

This was my first appointment with Dr. Li. He was so thoughtful. He listened and seemed very careful about medication decisions.

Everyone was very nice. I liked all of them. The check in lady, the nurses and Dr. Li. He was very nice and listened to all my questions and answered them. I thought he treated me very well.

The only negative aspect of the visit was waiting over an hour past the scheduled appointment to be seen.

I learned a lot about my condition

He was very knowledgeable, explained my situation very well. Very nice & patient with our questions.

I was not scheduled with my usual provider for some reason. The doctor I did see was not familiar with my history. They were confused as to why I was not scheduled with my normal provider. Because of this fact I had explain why I initially saw my provider and tests and events leading up to my relationship with them. Not very efficient and confusing for them and me. Hopefully, who ever schedules visits will recognize that I should be seeing my usual provider.who is familiar with my medical history.

Dr was running behind and I was in a hurry for another appointment so I told him I needed to shorten the visit

I waited more than 90 minutes past my appointment time for, at most, 5 minutes with Dr. Li. While I like Dr. Li, that wait time is totally unacceptable.

Good people from the front door to the exam room.

Dr. Li is very professional, he did a great job with both my surgeries. Pacemaker and a Watchman. He explains and talks to me so I can understand. Plus doesn't try to come in and out of the room quickly. Very pleased with him.

Thank you for your continued patience with me and for being late, yet always makes room to accommodate me. Reid is by far the most caring and the most friendly.

Appointment went way over, timely manner there for hour and half and missed 2 other appointments and had to keep changing for lab appointments. Very busy office

My appointment was at 2:00. The Dr came in at 3:15. Maybe he was covered up or had an emergency call, I don't know

Doctor Li is simply the best. I have been seeing him for about ten years. He is very familiar with my care and always takes time to answer any questions.

With all my Reid physicians I am staying much healthier. I appreciate all they have done for me.

We are asked to do online check-in to verify all of our information before an appointment. When we arrive at the desk for appointment we are asked to verify the same information again. Why do we even have to do online check-in? It's a waste of time. I would assume that when the online portion is performed it would timestamp when it was checked and/or updated.

Dr Li is extremely through and his bedside manner is impeccable! He listens to everything you have to say and if you have a problem he handles it, with the utmost care. I was having an issue and between himself and Dr. Quraishi, I am in good hands. They have everything under control, and I am not worried about this issue at all.
