Corteous and polite!

I am terminally ill..heat lungs all are failing...I have gone to xxx and many places in Indianapolis. My experience in these places do not come close to the care from Ried from pre check in till walk threw the doors to go home. I feel I just had a visit with a friend who cares about me! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Dr Li was very imformative and has my health at his best intrest.

So thankful for getting me help to get my life back to as good as it can be, I feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel now!! Thank you

Well, most people that I know that go to Reid they never hardly say anything good about Reid Hospital and I used to think in my mind are they going to the same place I go to because I don't have any complaints. I always feel like I'm treated like a king like royalty, you know When I'm sick they take care of me. They give me the proper medication that I need they are sufficient checking in on me so I really don't have any complaints. It's saddens me though when I hear from others that they had a bad experience and still Even after they had a bad experience and I've been admitted or went to the emergency room have always have had a pleasant experience.I don't even understand how they had a bad experience. I just want to thank the staff and the doctors and everyone that I came in contact with how much I appreciated their care and their professionalism. Keep up the good work.

Very dissatisfied with hour plus wait @9:20 in AM.No explanation,no periodic check in, just sat uninterrupted.This won't happen again!

My appointment was at 1:00. I saw Dr. Li shortly after 2:00. I always have to wait at least one hour before I see him. It's annoying at best.

I feel like he cared and listened to the way I have been feeling. I hope I can get good results.. .

My understanding was that this appointment was a review of the results of my heart monitor that I had worn for just under 4 weeks. I did not realize Dr Li had not received the results and I explained that I had had only one contact from your office regarding an abnormal reading of a low heartbeat during sleep. He asked staff and was provided with 3 printouts. He talked about a possible future pacemaker or monitor implant. Since i have no symptoms of Afib, which was my understanding of the reason for the monitor, and since he had not received a conclusion on any issue since he had not received the final report from the monitoring company, i included a note on the Boston Scientific survey requesting results be sent to him for evaluation. He advised me to continue the Eliquis which i am doing. My next scheduled appointment with him is in February 2026. i am to meet with Tanya on July 14 i believe and i would hope the conclusions of the monitor will help clarify if i do have Afib. Dr Li was a gentleman and after i inquired about the monitor results he did endeavor to find out if any other instances occurred regarding abnormalities. I have no fault with him as it just appears to me i was either scheduled to see him too early or that i misunderstood the agenda. xxx

Dr Li is a true professional. He always listen and answer the questions. This visit he was also talking to my son on the phone and answering his questions. I feel he (Dr Li) eased my sons concerns too.

Very nice and helpful

Dr. Li is excellent. The staff was very kind. Not sure why I wasn't seen for an hour and a half 4:30, after my 3pm appt. That is not like Dr. Li. Nurse had told me he had 2 patients before me, but never updated me on delay. I almost thought they had gone home and left me. Again, this was very unlike Dr. Li. I'm sure there must have been an emergency or something. Also, the machine that should read my loop recorder would not work...it did this last year too. Get the dang thing fixed people! Please do not charge me for that read out because it didn't happen.

Thank you to the to best cardiologist and team anyone could ask for saved my life and I flatlined over 35 times they kept going best team ever sincerely,xxx. They rock!!!!!!

My appointment was for one o'clock. I waited until everyone that checked in after me was taken in. After I foundling got taken in it was 2 o'clock before I saw the doctor. To be honest I usually would have left. But I like Dr Li.

New Doctor to me today. I felt very comfortable with him. He listened to me and explained he is gonna take baby steps so that he doesn't miss anything. I will definitely recommend him to others!
