We were not able to communicate but I will figure out why and resolve it. Dld not have their number in my recent calls nor my voice mail was not full. Not sure why they couldn't reach me to reschedule.

If this relates to my recent hospital stay it was generally positive in light of the circumstances. Nurses, aides and others responsible for my care were attentive to my needs. There was some frustration at times with timeliness of their responses when I required assistance getting to the bathroom or other physical needs. I imagine that Reid is dealing with some staff shortages, thus the delay in receiving help when needed. Overall, a positive experience for me.

This was my first visit with Dr. His staff and himself was so caring and made me feel comfortable. I definitely made the right decision in trusting him with my care.

Trying to figure out the cost of the appt and the upcoming procedure was a nightmare! We wanted to pay cash (we do not have insurance) upfront and no one could tell us how much to pay so that the appts could be scheduled. Not the office workers fault by any means. Saying you care about the person is disingenuous when you can't schedule the appointment with or without insurance.

I was taking very good care of of and and they're still taking care of it it they knew what they were doing the nurses were great great nowadays

Dr. Osayi was great! He sat down and thoroughly explained the procedure. He did a great job of going through both options of moving forward or holding off on the procedure. If I chose to move forward with the surgery, I would be very happy with Dr. Osayi as my surgeon.

I have switched all my providers from another hospital and I have the best Dr.s ...I have been so very happy for my team if Dr,s that I now see...I'm waiting on a kidney and love all who are helping me on this journey...I would recommend any of them to anybody live love my team...??

Dr Osayi makes me feel that he is truly interested in my well being. He is a very professional yet caring gentleman.

The question about being ask or told how to prevent illness or injury. I don't think applied to me. All in all I was treated perfectly and understood my exam results. Very satisfied.
