Dr Gamilla is awesome and his nurses Wendy and Kim are the best!!!!! They go above and beyond helping me with anything I may encounter. Such a great place with great people.
Staffs and my dr were very accommodating~ they will explain why this and that. Thats why i felt comfortable with my check up.
Kim was very friendly!
Everytime I come in I have to wait more than 30 minutes to see my physician. I miss more than my allowed time at work and then have to reschedule because the wait sometimes goes for more than an hour.
I am not sure who else I could recommend anyone else to. My wait time has to do with the fact that I arrive early.
My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I did not leave until about 4:50. Out of that time~ only about 40 minutes was with my nurse and/or doctor. Other than that~ I loved my nurse and my doctor both!
Having an appointment~ not getting called back for over 1.25 hours; then waiting in the room an additional 30 minutes. Was told they had to schedule more patients throughout the day. TOO long of a wait for a followup exam.
Everyone I have contact with are friendly and kind. Wendy is just top notch and so is my doc!
This office is great. Dayna is awesome - great patient advocate!
Dr Gamilla is awesome! He is always friendly and thorough and makes sure I understand everything
I'm glad I started coming to see you I feel this is the best service I've ever had!
i was able to get in the same day i called
Everything seemed to go well. I did forget to ask a few questions but that was my mistake
Dr. Gamilla is wonderful!! Kim is the best member of his team!!
I believe they do a great job~however may be a bit under staff.
Dr. GAMILLA is a great PCP.
Dr. Gamilla was running behind but I was fine with that because he does such a great job as my Provider.
I would just caution clinical staff to be aware of their conversations in the nursing pod~ my room was directly across from where the clinical staff were sitting to document and I could hear every word they said~ no patient name just the circumstances of the patient. I did wait about 30-40 mins to see Dr. Gamilla once I was roomed~ but he never rushes me when he does come in and he always makes sure my questions are answered before leaving so it's worth it in the end.
I was very frustrated that I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting area. Several people came in after I arrived and got in before me.
Dr. Gamilla is so kind and caring. I trust him completely.
Unhappy with total wait time. Appointment was at 10:40~ I arrived at 10:23. I waited over 1 hour to see the doctor.
Very nice doctor~so glad to have him as my doctor.
I waited in the waiting room for almost an hour before being called back. I had to reschedule my appt because I needed to go back to work by a certain time and they told me that the doctor still had 2 more patients to see before me and I would not be able to get back to work on time if I stayed. Everyone I spoke to was polite and friendly.
the doctors office and staff are awesome
The waiting time is always excessive~ but when the doctor spends as much time with me as he does with others~ I cannot complain. He does not hurry. He listens and cares.
I THINK DR~ GAMILLA IS A FINE DR.
I think my provider and his staff do a great job.
I have 2 recent complaints. This visit was a follow up for BP med change. I was told to call for a different med if the new one prescribed was too high. I did that the same day as it was extremely high. I had to call back 3 times and it took several days without med to get them to call in a different script. On 2 occasions I asked to speak to Dr. Gamilla's nurse to discuss this. I wasn't allowed to speak to her either time. I was told she would call me. She didn't call. I finally left a text message via my chart as to what meds my insurance would cover. My BP was high on those days without meds. I really felt no one cared as I did relay this to the person who answered the phone. Also my original follow up appt was Nov 23. I went to my appt to find you were closed. When I called on Mon. I was told someone had called to cancel that appt. They did not. Instead of getting me in to make up for the error I had to wait till Dec 6th. - no apology~ nothing. Poor patient care!
