The phones were not answered until after 9 am. With a sick child at home I expected my call to be answered at 8 am
Thank you to everyone who took care of my daughter during her last visit!! From beginning to end her experience was wonderful!!
Check in took too long
Dr Chong always listens to my concerns and never leaves me guessing she always has a plan for my children when I leave the office. I recent took another child to the eye dr which was suggested by Dr Chong and was told that most pediatricians would not have caught what she did. So very thankful. One kid gaining weight~ another getting glasses~ and another hasn't had an ear infection all winter due to the pushing of Dr Chong. Thank you so much.
Dr. Chong was really nice and was thorough with answers to my questing
Dr. Chong is very detailed and comforting in handling patients with children entering pre teen age. Love Her
the address number is not on the building anywhere and would help drivers (care-a-van~ taxi~ & classic medicab) find the building faster. If they don't know where we are headed already~ then there can be some confusion.
We were asked if a resident (Dr. Whitening?) could visit with us before Dr. Chong~ and I said yes. My boys absolutely loved him! He would be a great asset to the staff!
First of all I must say that we really liked Dr Chong. Dr. Chong discussed doing blood work to check (child's) thyroid and her cholesterol. I even questioned the nurse on the way to the lab asking if she needed to fast for the cholesterol and she said no. I assumed a TSH and a single cholesterol would be done. I found out Mon that she had a H A1C~ lipid profile~ CMP~ CBC~ TSH and a T4. ??? I am a nurse (lipid panel shouldâ??ve been fasting) and I just feel this is excessive..I wasnâ??t informed of all of the other blood work and I can guarantee her insurance wonâ??t cover it~ and I will be stuck with a $600 lab fee that I cannot afford!
