Dr listened to me and prescribed me some medicine that helped me feel better quicker than usual. First good night sleep I have had in a while ?

Dr. Megan Carpenter was knowledgeable and competent. She was helpful to recommend other drugs that would help some of my issues. She had a nice presence about her.

It's been a few years since I've had a regular doctor checkup. I have gone to a doctor when I've had issues come up (like a case of shingles and other instances of dermatitis). I'm glad I was given her name from a coworker.

I've never had my past doctor for roughly 20 years and it was hard to want to find a new one. They politely greeted me and made me feel right at home. ALL of the staff I engaged with, was very welcoming and comfortable to talk to.

I was very satisfied with my office visit

I was very upset having to wait 45 minutes for my visit. The girl that checked me in apparently didn't process something correctly. I had taken my lunch time from work and an extra hour to go there and still I didn't have lunch and neither did Dr. Carpenter. Dr. Carpenter said they were looking into why I was missed and apologized, which I appreciate. Dr. Carpenter was at least honest with me. The nurse that came to get me was making excuses for the problem which made me very upset. She said because I was sitting in the chairs in the back the ladies at the front windows couldn't see me. I told her that if they didn't want people to sit in them that they should remove them and to not make excuses. If I had been checked in correctly it wouldn't have been a problem. I sit away from other people so I don't get their germs and get sick. I have had 4 surgeries in the last 15 months and a loop recorder implant. I had a quadruple bypass that resulted in a blood clot, fluid on my lungs that had to be drained and fluid around my heart and an incision from my heart surgery that didn't want to heal. I'm still having heart problems and try as much as possible not to get sick. I think that nurse was rude and doesn't know my health history. She needs to own the fact they made a mistake as Dr. Carpenter did. I have only good things to say about Dr. Carpenter as she listens to me and has done her best to help me in every way. Dr. Carpenter is an awesome doctor!

Didn't see her because they person before me that didn't even and an appointment

Dr. Carpenter was great. A nurse from another facility was working there that day and she was awesome. I did not catch her name. Taylor at the front was great and while she was checking me in another employee was moving everything in Taylor's area, picked up some items, put them in a drawer and stated to Taylor "we have drawers and they work." Taylor stayed composed and continued to check me in. What an odd thing to do when a patient is at the window and everything she put in the drawer appeared to be work items.
