Something that I was really happy about, and something I talked about that day, was that Dr. Porta and her staff seem to remember so many details, both personal and clinical, during my visits with them. I'm way more than a patient's chart throughout the assessments and treatment / care planning. I always leave feeling well grounded about everything actually.

The location of the clinic is perfect for me and I think for the hole city of Brookville and the surrounding area and the people that see you are friendly right from the checking In to showing me to the exit

I have been a patient of Reid Health for many many yrs and this visit I do have to say was the worst visit I have ever had. Porta did not even act like she cared about what I was feeling. She told me basically there was nothing she could do for me! I had to ask for something to help with the pain in my face and head! I will never schedule or refer anyone to Porta.

It is very pleasing to have a provider that will listen to your concerns and explain anything that you are questionable about. The staff was very nice and helped us through whatever procedure we were doing. Thank you very much. It was very refreshing to go to a provider that is really concerned for your health so thank you.

The only issue that I have is with the Reid Hospital Corporation. You do not offer any type of price reduction for self pay like other medical providers do.

Dr. Porta is one of the most professional dr's I've ever been with an I'm 78 yrs old. She listen very attentively to my complaints an symptoms without being judgemental. Example dr's see you as a little old lady lonely an probably depressed not looking for a physical problem you trying describe to them an dx you wrong

When i first changed to this new primary I was skeptical, but I have since been proven wrong every time I have seen dr porta. She is so thorough! And listens, and her bedside manner! She gave options i had not been offered before and I have gotten better, I cannot believe it, and it's the FIRST TIME I have felt listened to a dr and tried to impress them on the next visit that they are making a difference.... they deserve to see that as well... thank you for having her.
