I believe I was misrouted to this kind, efficient, and knowledgeable surgeon for gall bladder surgery based on results of a Urogram even though I was asymptomatic & only showed he matures. I believe the referral was premature and this provider helped lead me to see a urologist. Unfortunately this should have been done by my PCP I believe as this was a wasted or unnecessary consult.

Dr. French took a great deal of time explaining the condition and what the procedure would be from this point. He listened to our concerns and answered any questions we had. We were very pleased and had no hesitance in turning over care with confidence.

They are kind and very professional people since they listen carefully to the discomforts that we present. May God take care of them because they are an important piece to survive in the world

Staff was friendly and polite, easy to get into the office where doctor was located. The greeter at the door was the busiest person ever and super kind directing everyone to where the appointments were. had to get labs taken, there was a long wait of people but it moved quickly. It was nice going to one room for registration and the lab work. We have not used Reid hospital before, so far a great experience.

I have been nothing but impressed with the care I have received at Reid. I had only one person out of MANY who seemed to have the personality of a rock. I chalked it up to her having a tough day!! Thank You to everybody involved! I'm sure I'll be back! I love Reid!!

Dr. French was real easy to communicate with and talk to. Real friendly and my wife had him put in port in her body when she had cancer with great suggest. Not a single problems with the Reid doctors. This is probably not a place to sound off but the Reid billing department really has MAJOR problems. Have met my Medicare deductible of $233.00 and have Aetna supplemental insurance and every bill I have received from Reid shows all bills have been turned in but Reid billing still shows I still owe them. My insurance agent says my maximum out of pocket total is $233.00. I have paid that amount and paid another bill today of another $31.99, which puts me over out of pocket deductible and it appear I owe more. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME?????? Thank you
