My exam was completed in a timely manner. My nurse, Amanda, was friendly and knowledgeable, too.

Cindy was very kind and was prepared for my visit. With me being a new patient, she looked at my records and already knew what I had completed and what I still needed to complete.

Dr Olson is great!

Dr Olson always listens,answers my questions and I never feel rushed. A very caring person. I am glad she is my doctor.

That's the quickest I've gotten in and out.

The office was running a bit behind on the appointment. Dr. Olson apologized upon entering the room that they were running behind schedule. She still took the time to answer my question and discuss issues during the appointment with making me feel rushed.

Dr. Olson has connected me with the best care team and specialist at Reid Cancer Center including Dr. Sulfi and his staff. My usaphigal cancer caused by acid reflux was caught by Dr Rafail. Dr Sulfi has been spot on with my diagnosis and treatment. I'm recovering from usaphigas cancer surgery done at Simon Cancer Center by Cardiothoracic Surgeon Dr. Birdas. Reid Associates has made my progress seamless fighting for my cure. We would also like to give thanks to my cancer navigator Chelsea she has played a major role helping my family emotionally and with scheduling my past treatment plan. We are lucky and blessed to have such a great cancer center here in Richmond.

It was adequate and I know what to do next.

It took longer than a normal appointment but I didn't have a problem with that because they took care of me. Making sure the medicine they provided me didn't have varying symptoms or could not be paired together. Took all my concerns and then some.

It was an excellent visit ?

My appt was scheduled a year ago for the 8am time slot. I pre-registered and arrived at least 10 min prior to appt time. I went to front desk and was checked in. One other pt in waiting area. From there every person that came into the office was taken immediately to the exam rooms while I waited and waited, and waited. I sat for nearly 1 hr patiently waiting. Finally front desk was in the process of entering me in system as a no show when the admitting person remembered I was there. They then took me back. The MA and Dr were awesome. Let's just say the MA and Dr made things ok .

Dr. Olson takes excellent care of me by truly listening to me and advising me on how to help me improve my health in ways that she knows will work the best for me. Dr. Olson is very encouraging, compassionate, and caring! One of her staff, Amanda, is usually the one who takes me back to check my vitals and history. She is always very kind and helpful to me! Amanda has a nice way of putting patients at ease. I leave their feeling truly cared about by all! Thank you very much!! You are all truly appreciated!!

It is my understanding doctors are limited on the amount of time they are allowed to spend with each patient. My doctor is a very nice person but has never even asked me if I have ever had a Covid shot, mammogram, or any other preventative measures. She did ask me why I was taking one of the medications I was on which indicates she is not aware of all of my medical issues.
