Dr. Olson and her nurses were awesome!!!! They were friendly and super helpful!!! The girl at front check in was very nice. The younger guy that was there when I checked out was very rude. I went to front desk instead of check out area in the back by mistake. He informed me of that and seemed disgusted that he had to deal with me. I just told him I would call in later to make my follow up appointment. I didn't want to deal with his attitude. Thanks!

My appt. was just an update of a recent lab test. It could have been done using the portal and saved us both the office visit. The Dr.'s response was "all good, the plan is working". That could have been a portal message.

Dr Olson and her supporting staff are the reason we travel an hour each direction to be treated by Reid. We have various physicians in specialty roles at several other hospitals, but would do even more, if it were necessary, to keep them for our primary care. Dr Olson is literally the best, most knowledgeable and most caring physician I have known.

I love my doctor, but i almost lost my doctor because of the insurance i have, my understanding this is not first time reid has a problem with insurance, might be time for all involved to step back and take a look on how they can work together to solve their problems, both sides are grown ups learn how to solve your differences, because your going to get old one of these days and your not going to like it when grown ups can't figure out the best for everyone involved, do the right thing because if you can't figure out insurance how do you figure all the other problems

Dr. Olson is genuine, empathetic, and intelligent. She shares medical advice with astute professionalism. Her medical assistant Cressida is cheery and puts me at ease. It would be nice if patients cared enough for others to wear a mask when they exhibit upper respiratory symptoms. Overall a good experience. Having all my care (labs etc) under one roof would be convenient and offer a continuity of care.
