Dr. Olsen agreed to zoom with me at the last minute because my husband had a stent put in the day before, and I could not leave him alone for my appointment with her. It was wonderful of her to do that. xxx

Just that appointment was at 8am and it I waited a while to get back to exam room and I think provider came in at 8:35 or around that time.

Dr. Olson and her nurses were awesome!!!! They were friendly and super helpful!!! The girl at front check in was very nice. The younger guy that was there when I checked out was very rude. I went to front desk instead of check out area in the back by mistake. He informed me of that and seemed disgusted that he had to deal with me. I just told him I would call in later to make my follow up appointment. I didn't want to deal with his attitude. Thanks!

My appt. was just an update of a recent lab test. It could have been done using the portal and saved us both the office visit. The Dr.'s response was "all good, the plan is working". That could have been a portal message.

Dr Olson and her supporting staff are the reason we travel an hour each direction to be treated by Reid. We have various physicians in specialty roles at several other hospitals, but would do even more, if it were necessary, to keep them for our primary care. Dr Olson is literally the best, most knowledgeable and most caring physician I have known.
