Reid as a whole has to re-evaluate their decision to use video interpreting for Deaf and hard of hearing patients. While this method of interpreting services may be sufficient for voice interpreting, it is absolutely inappropriate and insufficient for use with ASL interpreters. Connection to Deaf interpreting service is slow, unreliable and often glitches and lags. This makes real time interpreting and understanding of information nearly impossible. PLEASE DO BETTER! Live interpreters are always preferred by Deaf clients/patients AND by medical providers.

The nurses and Dr. went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel comfortable and safe. I appreciate the calm environment and fun flexibility that is needed for a small child!

It was a very efficient visit- in and out within 30 minutes with the diagnoses and prescription

The whole staff is great

Dr Ahmed and other Reid staff are always a pleasure to see. It was easy to check in and quick to be seen. Our Reid nurse and Dr Ahmed were very hospitable and entertaining to our newborn baby despite his anger and being undressed and hungry.

I'm so happy have found Dr. Ahmed to be my family's pediatrician. She always listens my kids and to me with care.

Dr. Ahmed is always able to see us in a timely manner, kind, caring, and a fun provider. My kids love her so much! My MA Kimber is seriously the BEST! She is always so sweet to my kids and she takes the time to listen to them. She is always making them laugh and making the experience 100 times better for them! We LOVE Dr. Ahmed's team so much!

This was a sick visit. He had been sick with a fever for over a week. I took him to the er and two different urgent cares throughout the week before able getting him an appointment with his doctor. Every doctor before told me it was just viral and he would be fine without really doing test and hardly looking at him the last trip to urgent care was 3 days before his doctor visit. His doctor actually took time to listen to the issue and pay attention to him long enough to realize he needed an X-ray. Turns out he had a really bad case of pneumonia, I am so thankful for his doctor and really wish the three doctors he seen before this visit wouldn't have wrote him off so soon and took time to actually figure out what was wrong with him.

My son's nurse, Kimber, was very friendly and made my son feel very comfortable. She was nice and made us feel as though she cared.

Reid staff are always personable and nice. My daughter has a great time - until she gets her shots, but alas!

I love Dr.Ahmed and all of her staff. Everyone presents as competent and prepared. They are great with my daughter every time she is seen. I appreciate the time spent providing education. Nursing staff are always so friendly. It is nice to feel like this staff enjoys their jobs despite the atmosphere Reid provides as a corporation. The staff continues to do the job at hand with grace. Thank you!

The doctor was incredibly patient, informative and and kind. I highly recommend her!

It really was upsetting yesterday when I took my sick child to see the Dr...and was told I would have to set in the car until they had a room.. I told them she was sick with a cold and had a fever off and on. And didn't need to set in a cold car and get sicker... she had a mask to wear so she wouldn't be spreading germs ...I was told to leave my car running...I ask if they were going to pay for my gas ....this really upset me . I have never had this happen before and I don't think it's right...I'm thinking about taking her elsewhere ....I really like the Dr there and so does my granddaughter. .So I'm debating on what to do ..

When I called to see if Dr. Ahmed had any openings to fit my daughter in, Patrice was WONDERFUL! Her demeanor is very positive and polite. She quickly decided to let me talk to a nurse because of my concerns. After I spoke with a nurse, Patrice called me back promptly to let me know that Dr. Ahmed could fit my daughter in that day.

We enjoy seeing her at visits! She's so professional!

Dr. Ahmed was excellent! She came in to see my daughter in a very timely manner. She explained everything and asked if I was agreeable with the testing. I would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Ahmed is always extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but also great with the kids.

Dr. Ahmed and nurse Ashley are amazing with kids and so very helpful with any questions and concerns that I have.
