sorry to find out this office is closing , a real loss for the area

In regards to losing my Dr. at the end of December this is unfortunate. And with no replacement at same location it leaves me looking for a new Dr at a new location as well. It will take a while to find another good doctor . Will miss this one

You have made a huge mistake In closing this practice. Now I have to find new provider and it will not be with Reid.

I am extremely distraught that you are letting the Riegle's go! I followed Dr Helen down to New Castle because she has been a great Doctor. I will not be coming to any of you providers any more

Hearing that the facility in New Castle is closing is more than disappointing. The Doctors and staff were very efficient and provided the very best of care. They all truly cared for their patients. The doctors treated their patients more like family than just patients.

Dr . Helen Riegle has been invaluable to my health and well being. I trust her with my life. Her interest and concerns with my office visits, treatments and medications and health overall convinced me long ago that she is the best doctor anyone could ask for.

Dr Helen and Dr Shannon are wonderful people. The care I have received for over twenty years has been outstanding. I feel Reed is making a mistake closing this facility. I understand hospitals are a business. And while the bottom line is important. The type of care from these two doctors should be more important. They could never be replaced. So shame on you Reed.

This provider was fantastic. I am Angry they are closing this location. They said equipment is being moved to Hagerstown. Why not close Hagerstown. Cambridge city is closer for Hagerstown people than new castle people.

Helen has been amazing for the short time I've gotten to see her very caring and is great knows her stuff I'm going to miss her and this office closing

Finding out the clinic was closing was so very sad.

She has takin care of me and my family for over 30yrs. She treats people like they are family. Its an hour from my house to see worth the drive. I dont like havin a different nurse every time i go in there.

Dr Helen is always very thorough, takes good care of her patients and follow-up on whatever we discuss. That's why when I tried to go elsewhere and did not get the assistance that I needed to get well I came back to her practice because I trust her. I've been with her over 10 years now, and if I stay in IN, she will be my Dr. until ones of us is gone or she retires! Thank you Dr Helen for everything!

I have been seeing Doctor Helen for 20 plus years. Started seeing her in Upland IN and followed her to New Castle. Almost a one hour drive. This speaks for itself!

My visit there was fine, I always have trouble with call backs if I call about a problem. I hardly ever get call backs even after several call ins. I have called in the last 2 days waitinf for a call back and still waiting

Reid is very graced to have her, and her wonderful husband - who I've also been seen by on occasion and been well taken care of.

This was my first visit with Dr. Helen. My problems were complicated and with great concern she allowed me to explain them. She outlined a treatment plan at once which I have confidence in and gave me a sense of relief. Finally, she made an appointment to see me in4 weeks which indicates her commitment to my case. Couldn't be happier with this first experience.
