We didn't discuss illness or injury because my appointment wasn't in regards to that. Dr. Moynihan is always so nice and he's always very attentive and I never feel rushed.

Love Dr Moynihan -so patient & thorough. HATE that you closed the lab in the 1350 bldg & make patients wait endlessly for service at the main hospital. Horrible decision- shows lack of patient care . Standing room only - the process at Reid is very cumbersome-so much faster at 1350 & it doesn't require 4 people to get you checked in & blood drawn. Also the people don't smile. Please bring back an alternate site outside the main hospital. I'm not waiting an hr anywhere for a blood draw-ridiculous!!!

My appointment was at 7:20 am, I arrived 15 min early as requested. The doors to the MOB opened automatically but the lights in the entrance and down the halls were not on. I worked as a greeter scfor two years in the MOB so I turned the lights on. 6of 8 patients in the office I went to used canes or walkers. I realize your trying to save money but for the safety of your patients have someone TURN THE LIGHTS ON, I'm did there everyday. Concerned for your patients!

Dr Moynihan is a wonderful doctor. I feel he listens to your needs, and provides great care. He is available if you need to see him, and sends in medications in a timely manner. I have gotten meds before from this provider I'm the past but have not gotten meds at this moment other than the Albuterol inhaler and the spareva the meds has been a mess for long term for pain meds and nerve meds

VERY CARING PERSON

I love doctor Moynihan he always listens to what I need to tell him and he always takes care of what I need. I hope to keep him as my physician for as long as I can and I would recommend him to anyone that needed help to go see him. Thank you for all you do.

I wasn't told the result about the cologuard test that i had asked dr to order..i had to call the office a month or so past to find out..they did call me back afterwards. It also wasn't mentioned in the office and it wasn't ever shown in my chart. They said because it was outside their labs..

I saw Dr. Moynihan. He never made eye contact during visit. I was tested and told to go home and they'd call with results of Covid and flu. No call. I saw on mychart, but never received diagnosis or instructions. Was told they MIGHT call in Rx. No one contacted me. I called; office closed; answering service unable to contact dr. I messaged in mychart and got a response that 3 rx were sent. Two days later I got a message from CVS of an antibiotic waiting. Never notified by office or provider of this, nor why I was taking it. No follow up from office.

Dr. Moynihan is such a nice Dr., he gives me a thorough exam and answers all my questions. Also he sets me up for my future lab and check ups.

The doctor didn't see me at all. It was a telephone call, not visual. At the time I had a sore throat and runny nose with a mild fever. I didn't talk with the doctor on the phone, it was an assistant. I would like to communicate with the doctor and have him physically with me to check me out. It will be interesting to see how much it cost.

My doctor is a very kind and compassionate caregiver. I feel better than I have in many years. I had not expected to improve my activity level, and am greatly appreciative that he was able to help me return to being more active. I really like the level of care that I am receiving!

I was happy with the doctor and his staff, but most unhappy when I found out that the downstairs Lab was closing. Whenever my 102 year old Mother or myself needed Lab work we always used this Lab. When ever it was mentioned in the waiting room for the doctors or waiting room for the Lab, everyone was unhappy about this and said they would not go to the Lab at the hospital.

We really like this Dr. , he takes the time to make sure to answer all questions. Very good man!!!!

Doctor and staff were absolutely wonderful. Treated me very well. The only issue I had was the lady that drew my blood downstairs of this office she was not very friendly at all never said hardly one word to me. She has this attitude as if she is better than anybody because she works at Reid she needed to be told because I didn't like like and was I was going to be one the one but I told myself not today. I would ask that she is talked to on how to treat people. She doesn't deserve the position she holds with the vibe she brong into the room I was in.

I would, of course, prefer seeing my physician in his medical office if I had any serious complaints...complaints needing being seen and evaluated in the doctor's presence for a thorough examination and determination of treatment.

Dr. Moynihan was instrumental in helping achieve a goal of making it to lung transplantation. Trust him in helping navigate the course to keep me healthy.

Very long wait the whole visit. This was not the normal so I will assume there was some issue . Besides the wait, all other aspects were good.

regarding the pre visit check in, notice the empolyee taking the information of my check in was not totally focused on responces I was giving to her questions...she was conversing with another empoyee in the background during a couple questions. Would imagine in order to get the most accurate data from the patient for the Dr. an employee really should be listening exclusively to responces the patient may be giving!

Good Staff

I was there for a camera endoscopy to begin at 8 a.m. Not only did they not take to an exam room until 10 minutes after scheduled time, but the person who administering the test had difficulty reading data to enter in computer and finding keys to get supplies she needed.

If you can enjoy going to the doctor...I do! The entire staff are really on top of the game.

Everyone was Kind and did a good Job! The nurses was sweet, the first one took my blood pressure twice cause it was higher then normal, The Dr did a really good Job asking me Questions! He told me things I needed to know about my health and medicine and letting me know what tests i needed. He took my blood pressure and it went down some said it was good. Listen to my heart and lungs said they sound normal. He said anything comes up just call and they would get me in. The nurse made me another yearly appointment for next year. DR.Moynaham and his crew did a great Job!

Had to spend an extra 15 minutes for a nurse to take a wellness questionnaire. My wifes medical group sends her questionnaire to her electronically for her to fill out at home. And as I've mentioned several times before, the electronic form sent for pre visit registration chokes on "wife's retirement date ". Why keep sending it?
