My appointment was rescheduled twice and we waited 45 minutes or longer in the lobbies and exam room before seen by the RN and/orDr
Dr. Neher was very helpful. I have seen him before. He did athroscopic surgery on my right knee in 2003.
I do not have any comments about the clinic. But getting discharged from the hospital after the surgery was an ordeal.
I take chemo and had to schedule my appointment when my oncologist reommended. I could have seen the doctor earlier but had to wait a week after chemo to have the cortisone shot in my knee.
very friendly & helpful
There is no other orthopedic surgeon that can stand up to Dr. Neher. He is the best there is !!! He is caring and will run test he doesn't try and run you in and out very caring doctor. He is at the top of my list and I would send anyone to him !! Thank you
Had a follow with Chris Pruit because Dr. Neher was in a meeting a week before my surgery. Wasn't very informative. I asked the questions and was done in 5 minutes. Was really a waste of my time that I took off work for. Dr Neher was very informative at my first visit. Glad I selected him to do my surgery.
Dr. Neher is beyond sufficient. And great on the eyes lol.
Overall great experience with the procedure that was performed. Only problem was billing inaccuracies. Co-pays were not recognized on billing statement. Multiple phone calls to straighten out. I wasn't called back when staff said they would.
Reid Orthopedics is light years as head of McCullough in Oxford~ Ohio. I was treated with the most respect~ professionalism~ and kindness. Much appreciated and thank you.
Great care~ and personalable attention! Dr~ Neher and staff are great! Very thankful
The officers constantly asked the same questions I find your epic was supposed to have that for all offices in read healthcare
just wish he still came to the Winchester hospital. Handy for elderly people.
Chris Pruitt was amazing. The nursing staff and nearly everyone I spoke to were nothing but polite and helpful. Hopefully I never need to return but if I do I know I'll be well taken care of.
If it wasn't for my provider I wouldn't have known that there was something more serious going on.
Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed which made me feel very important to them. This is my favorite medical office of all I've been a patient of and I've had many.
Care was very good and Dr was very courteous I couldn't ask for nicer Dr. I had Dr Lee last time did not like his manner of care was very rude to me and he treated me with no respect or dignity.
Dr. Neher is probably the most caring physician I have seen~ other than my Cardiologist~ Dr. Allen Joseph. Dr. Neher was truly concerned about my well-being and problems I was having and addressed all of them.
The new patient visit fee was $200 while the diagnostic follow up was $1100. And there was just a verbal diagnosis but it was billed as cast/splint/fracture. No physical service at all. I know these are standard charges but 5 x as much for only another discussion is ridiculous.
Dr. Neher was very thorough. Very pleasant~ Answered all my questions.
Dr. Neher is a wonderful doctor. I have seen him for a number of issues over the years. I love his bedside manner~ the fact that he takes his time with you and he doesn't use "doctor language" to talk over your head. He always answers all of my questions and puts my concerns at ease. I would not even consider another ortho surgeon for myself or my husband. Dr. Neher is absolutely the best!
The process was easy~ and the people were terrific.
I have already referred family and friends to Dr Neher for their orthopedic needs ! He is awesome and excellent at his craft!
