Have went to Dr Neher many years and have had 2 surgeries. He is always the same. He never rushes me lets me explain how I'm feeling doesn't interrupt me. Always explains in detail my treatment and the next step. He always ask if I have any questions but I never do because he covers everything in detail.

Dr Neher took the time to see me even though he had a full schedule and I was originally on PA Pruitt's schedule. He took the time to walk me through the injuries to my foot and explain it he plan of care to get me back on both feet in optimal time.

Have been with Dr. Neher for several years. Very good.

He discussed to me which is the best thing to do about my trigger finger. He considered me and my work I do; Injection versus release, with healing percentage and better treatment option so I can go to work without pain and stiffness.

Twice in the recent past I arrived for my appt a little before appt time, One at my PCP and then today at Ortho and both times went to front desk, gave my demographics, was instructed to have a seat and then "forgotten about". Can't remember how long past appointment time the 1st time but I think about an hour. Today after 45 min I ask the registration people if I'd been forgotten. Yes, I was not in the system. All the Registration people seemed very organized and it appeared that it was just a typical day. I'm not blaming them but since this has happened to me 2 times since October I'm beginning to think there's a weak link in the process. I know since it's happened to me 2 times that it's happened to others as well. Reid Health has been my employer for 40 plus years, I consider that's longer than half of my life. Reid is my family and I want my family to shine, I don't mind being critical and speaking up because I know we can do better. It's not one employee's problem, we are a team. Please don't take this as a complaint or criticism, this meant as an observation. Let's just fix it and move on.

Dr. Neher is a wonderful Ortho doctor and has done all my surgeries except for one. I trust him completely.

The entire experience today was excellent. The nursing staff, the doctors they all took their time to explain what would be going on in the future, who to contact with any questions, and will be setting up and notifying me of further appointments. Dr Neher was outstanding.

Came in for pain and inability to walk. Didn't address either concern or do more than literally twist my leg. Passed me off to another doctor for another PAID appointment in the same office.

I answered the former question as to whether the doctor talked with me about preventing illness or injury as no because that did not apply to the reason I was there. I appreciated that the doctor's first thought was not to recommend surgery--- that I should try other less invasive treatments first. He answered all my questions
