It's nice for him to give me encouraging words with such a scary and daunting diagnosis. He gives reassurance that he will help when things go bad and I need to hear that. He gives me tips on how to keep things stable. He genuinely seems pleased that I was feeling better.

Dr.Goggins is so kind & caring , he helps listens to me if I ask questions, he explains things to me carefully so that I can understand. I feel that he cares about my health & he makes me feel comfortable & safe.

Very friendly and helpful

Dr Goggins had to discuss my MS and a new found brain tumor...my husband and I have been worried and losing sleep since we found out. After our visit we had all our questions answered, we know what to expect, when to call, what the next step is and how to stay healthy until the next visit. We are surely going to sleep well tonight. We are so grateful for the care that Dr Goggins provides. We feel so lucky to have him right here in Richmond and not 1.5 hours from home. He just can't be replaced so do what you need to to keep him here!

In the short amount of time he had my medical records he definitely knew my history with correct surgery dates without even looking at my records during my appointment. Most of the time when you go to a doctor they set in front of the computer ask you questions and fill in your medical history information. It didn't happen like that Dr. Goggins. It was a very pleasant appointment. The most pleasant appointment I've ever had besides my pain management doctor appointments. Dr. Goggins made me feel like he cared and gave the time needed to get to know me. His actions during our appointment speaks volumes about his character and his passion for not only helping people medically but displays compassion for people as well. Reid Health is lucky to have him. He referred me to get lab work to check specific issues that I would have never dreamed of checking. I'm lucky to have been scheduled with Dr. Goggins. I look forward to the next one which will be my nerve nerve conduction test on the 26th of this month. I highly recommended Dr. Goggins for any person that is seeking neurological treatment. Tell him thank you for me and that he ROCKS!! The EMT that brought me to my room was outstanding professional and friendly. He held doors open for me. He was pleasant to speak with. I don't remember his name but he is definitely a bonus to your company both of them are.
