First time meeting with him. Reid advertises that they work around your schedule to meet your needs. Why are so many providers and services not available on Fridays? A lot of people work Monday-Friday but there are many many people who work weekends and have Fridays off and need to be able to see their Dr., Nutritionalist/Dietician who by the way are also closed on Fridays for those Diabetics who can't come any other time. Not everyone works in Richmond and can't get there right after they get off work! Hire enough people to keep them open 5 days a week to meet the needs of patients since you have monopolized the medical community of Richmond, IN and Wayne County! I know this encapsulates more than what was asked but it needs to be heard by someone. What has become of the good Reid Hospital, the one you could be proud to say you worked at, the one that ALWAYS put pts first? This one sure isn't it! Those days are long gone!!!

The receptionist that checked us in, the nurse that took care of all the preliminary procedures and the nurse that took over with future appointments were receptive, friendly and professional. I was apprehensive when Dr. Spoljaric moved to your facility as I was familiar with his staff in Kokomo and liked most everyone there. However, everyone in your facility that I have had contact with have been amazing from my very first appointment. Dr. Spoljaric has always shown great compassion and care for his patients. He listens and patients feel heard. He is a strong advocate for patient health and wellbeing.

The myReid text 45 minutes before the appointment is an unnecessary and frustrating step. They ask if you are in the waiting room, which is far too early and creates some panic about getting to the appointment. Not to mention I'm driving and feel obligated to follow the steps. I would recommend getting rid of that frivolity that made me skip a quick stop for food before my appointment.

Please, I kindly ask that you knock on the door when you come back into the room. There's no need to wait for a response-just a quick knock is enough to let those inside know you're entering. What if I were adjusting my clothing? What if I had a tissue in my nose? What if I were doing something I found embarrassing? Please, just KNOCK! I've never been to a doctor's office where the staff didn't knock. Dr. Spoljaric always knocks.

This office is really the most disorganized and disrespectful of their patient's time. Was called to move my telehealth appointment up from 12:30. I agreed for 11 and was told I'd be receiving a call to check in. 11:45 came around and no call. So I called and they did not have time to do my appointment but also did not call to let me know. My time is valuable. This is now the second time I've had no communication. Last telehealth I had to wait 3 hours passed my appointment time. I don't appreciate the disrespect from staff. But the physician himself was great to work with.
