The audio and video kept freezing up and we had some difficulty understanding one another. She did a great job as a doctor once we kept repeating and understood one another.

My provider answered questions about recent testing significant to my semi annual visit. Has excellent knowledge in explaining findings and does so in an understandable manner. Gave suggestions for daily health routine. Appears to have my best health at interest .

I don't care to have a text sent for me to check in & then shortly after receiving the text, someone from the office called me to check in. I was in the middle of checking in online when they called. It's just too much.

This was my 1st time seeing Christina Lakes as Dr. Bhandari is my PCP. She did a great job. She listened and explained the plan well.

Christina is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, caring and professional. She takes time to listen to any questions, and discuss potential treatment plans with you. I was pleasantly impressed and would highly recommend her to anyone!

My appt was at 12:45 but MyChart had it listed as 2:15. Appt was completed at 12:45. I think it was just entered into MyChart incorrectly.

Dr Olson's office worked me in when I had tested positive for covid with an at home test. Appreciated them getting me seen right away.

I wasn't told to wait in a car before my arrival, so I was dropped off for my appointment. Upon arriving, a lady up front told me "you guys aren't supposed to be in the building." I'm assuming she meant people needing to be tested for various illnesses prior to speaking with providers. She then called someone, weighed me, and quickly put me in a room and closed the door. I understand she was scared I had Covid or something else, but I didn't feel that I had been treated with care. It didn't feel as nice as it usually does when I come in for a visit. The nurse who came in next to test me, as well as the provider, were both wonderful and kind. The lady up front, however, wasn't necessarily mean but she could've been a lot kinder and more compassionate. It would've made the visit a lot smoother and I wouldn't have felt like a burden. Other than this, the visit was great.

I never met her until yesterday. She knew my medical history. I was really impressed. by her knowledge. If I ever need someone and Dr. Bhandari is unavailable, I would want her. She is excellent!

I got the days mixed up for the appointment for my mom and they went out of their way to work her in to be seen. I really appreciated this because I would have needed to take another day off from work.

When I arrived to have my stitches removed I was concerned and nervous but Christina quickly made me relaxed and she carefully did the removal of the many stitches with almost no pain

The medicine she prescribed helped me in 2 days. I'm thankful for her quick response.

Christina was not only pleasant to talk to but was very knowledgeable and truthful in our discussions. She answered all of my questions and we have a plan to work on my health issues. I am very happy with Christina and everything I've heard about her is true. Awesome!

My np visit with Christina Lakes was my best experience with a PCP that I have had at Reid! She explained my lab results and what each meant, which I have never had anyone do before. Also, explained benefits of certain screenings. Very impressive!

This was my first visit with Christina and I was very happy with my visit. She listened, was proactive and very explanatory. Very happy with my new NP!

I checked in at the front desk, but somehow I didn't get checked in with the system. I waited for 45 minutes before going up to see if there was an ETA, and then they figured out they never actually checked me in. Also, I don't get weighed because I'm recovering from disordered eating, and the nurse who brought me back really made it awkward when I said I don't get weighed. He even asked if it was "a real thing or are you pulling one over on me?" when we were back in the room, which made me uncomfortable and I felt was in poor taste. Christina Lakes was lovely though and diagnosed me quickly and prescribed the meds I needed while also explaining the cause of my ailment.
