I have been dealing with chronic illness for 4 yrs. Carlee M Cox, CNP is the 1st provider in 4 states and 4 yrs that made me feel heard and seen. She is an asset to Reid.

If you "value your patient's", why can't you and Anthem agree on the contract???

She had a pleasant voice, and was extremely interested in the problem I have. She gave me alternatives what to do. She also said to give her a call after the medication she gave me was taken for two weeks. She was very well dressed in her medical, clothing. She didn't rush me and answered my questions. So very glad that I made this appointment with CARLEE.

Carlee listened to all of my concerns, and even when she didn't have the answers I was looking for, she assured me she was going to talk to her colleagues and see if they had any ideas or thoughts. She promised to get in touch if they came up with anything. And assured me that if I had any issues between now and my follow up, I could reach out to the office or via MyChart and she would get me in.

All the nurses were always smiling and so was the doctor more doctors need to learn from these people and good bedside manners

I can't just pick one person, everyone was wonderful. I was confident in everyone who helped me. All was very professional and knew what they were supposed to do. They treated me with love and caring. They ran like a well oiled machine. Thanks to everyone for your help with me.
