Brandon Guth PA-C

Apot was for 3:30pm. Two prescriptions were sent to Walgreens. At 5:05, Walgreens had not yet received prescription order. At 5:30, still no. Walgreens pharmacy closed at 6pm and we still did not have our prescription. We had to wait until the next morning to start treatment.

Everyone was so nice and pleasant to talk to and had a wonderful smile. I will tell my friends about everyone their. My best friend needs a good doctor and I told her where to call.

Was unhappy with my previous provider. After one visit I already feel like I made a great choice to switch! Very happy with the care I received from the MA, student pa, and Brandon!

I was not able to get an appointment with my PCP so I took the option to see the PA. I was very pleased with how Brandon listened to me and discussed various causes of my headaches. He has also been very timely at responding to messages.

I didn't feel like coming to Richmond and the care provider was very nice and she and he listened to my symptoms. They talked to Dr. Megan and they got back to me later and said there would send in a prescription. They told me if I want better over the weekend to call the office. I assured I would. Thank you so much for doing what you did to make the UTI to get better.

It is a time waster calling the hospital operator to make a same day appointment for an acute illness. One wonders why we don't call their office who actually knows the flow and ability to add a pt.. The NP was kind enough to tell me to request a same day appointment appt via my chart. Consistency is so important in healthcare so pt and doctor have a trusting relationship and the patient feels they can trust their healthcare provider. Thank you.

Brandon Guth is a very patient, caring medical provider. This visit was a follow up so not much was discussed about injury prevention.

I was sick for two weeks. When I originally called the scheduling team they just wanted to pawn me off to urgent care. After a email to doctor I was worked into the schedule which is what I asked the scheduling team to do. They need to do a better job scheduling patients to see the doctor. Urgent care is not for everyone. I got one have a triple co pay for urgent care versus the doctor. Not happy with scheduling team! But Brandon did an awesome job.

This was my first visit, and it went really well overall. My doctor was very nice, listened to me, and made me feel comfortable. The nurse who took me back, though, was a little abrasive.

I appreciated being worked in for a Friday appointment.

Brandon is an excellent clinician. He did a good assessment, asked good questions and listened to the patient's answers. Then he made appropriate interventions. My only complaint is the time waiting for the MA to review the messages and then ask questions in Epic. It seems someone with more advanced critical thinking skills should do that job or perhaps it would have been better if I had called instead of using the app.

All around as pleasant of a trip to a doctor could be. All the staff I have met have my full confidence and trust.

first time it felt like a doctor actually listened to what I have to say, even if what I said didn't make alot of sense or sounded stupid and depressing. I don't like people in general honestly. and who knows, maybe I flip out or do something stupid, but for once I feel like this doctor won't take it personally and will actually try his best to help me, and send me where I have to go if he can't. I trust this person so far.

When I looked on my chart it says that I had mumps. But I have never had them but a test showed positive ? Well no one ever told me this but it's in my chart also says to retest but nothing has been said to do that . I was marked as self pay and I have insurance , which should be filed first.

I feel extremely safe, comfortable and well taken care of.
