I am greeted immediately upon arrival. I was taken to the exam room before my actual appointment time. I am always treated with respect and I'm always heard. Bonnie Allen NP listens to me until I'm done talking and all my concerns are addressed. The staff appears to review MyChart in a very timely manner, anytime I ask something. Refills are always addressed within 24 hrs. I never run out of meds! I am super pleased with Bonnie and her staff and recommend their office to all my family. Thank you so much! ?

I had a prescription that was supposed to be filled but I had to reach out to them about the refill a week later. But then the refill was handled quickly after a holiday weekend.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the provider were friendly, personable and helpful. They all were very kind, listened to me and I never once felt rushed or that they needed to get to the next patient. I'm very happy with the appointment I had and look forward to working with this office for my future care.
