Bonnie has always been awesome!

I've had a problem twice w/rescheduling an appt. I've been given a date & time, I showed up as scheduled & Was Not on the schedule. So I had to reschedule in the office!!!

I would rate this as one of the best visits I have had. Everything was on time and Bonnie Allen listened and explained everything perfectly. Her and her staff were great.

Bonnie actually sat down and listened to me after my bad experience with Dr. Hahn. She made me feel listened to and heard. Dr. Hornak (cardiologist) was great too and thought I needed to see EP and that was why I was sent to Dr. Hahn because he was the first opening, when I saw him I left there feeling brushed off and unheard, I had questions he blew off that Bonnie sat down with me and actually went over with me which she shouldn't have had to do. I appreciate her more than she knows. Thank you Bonnie for taking the time with you me and actually listening to me and knowing my history and explaining my results instead of telling me "your young, I'm not concerned with your EKG's, our techs could have placed the leads wrong and that's why your readings look like that, follow up with my np in 6 months, let's us know if you get pregnant so we can change your medication" You Bonnie are truly a gem thank you for hearing me, and doing HIS job, Reid is blessed to have you.

I enjoyed the whole experience it was informative and she was very nice and talked clearly so I could understand what she was saying I love the video chats xxx

Since I was under sedation, I could not ask questions but my sister talked to the doctor and told me all about what was said once I was conscious at home.

My wellness check and my mammogram both was a great experience especially the technician that did my mammogram was very caring and made the experience more bearable. She was great.

Why did I fill out the paperwork online to confirm my meds and then on paper when I was in the lobby, only to have to go through them again verbally with both the MA and the doctor? Seems a little redundant. But Bonnie is great!!

Bonnie always listens to concerns about my health and medications. She tries to help with issues and comes up an option every time. She knows my history and labs before she comes into the room and is prompt at relaying information.

I called prior to let the provider know what my interested discussion was going to be. I expected to have a handout with answer to a particular eating plan. Was disappointed that such info has to come from another appointment which has to be scheduled with a dietician or nutritionist. The provider has offered to do some researching, but I was hoping to leavecwith such info today. Really trying to determine best eating plan, but concluded to just eat moderately until maybe I get more results from urologist office.
