NP was just great! Might suggest that even if the front desk is on a Call, they look up and acknowledge patients as they arrive.

Great visit with provider. I think Reid needs to have their own x-ray option there in the office. I have to schedule another appointment for X-rays and then another appt for treatment after that depending on the results. If radiology were in house I could have already had step 2 completed.

Always pleased with Reid Doctors and Reid Hospital. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you

A new Dr. Not familiar with my medical history, hard to explain in one 20 minute visit. Very knowledgeable and giving correct direction and referral for continued care.

Ashley Mikesell was professional, informative and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me the time that I needed.

Within 1 month did biopsy,removed basil cell carsonoma.Refered to dermatology for further safety .very calm and can sayCancer without scaring you.wonerful office nurse practitioner and nurses.

Staff made me super comfortable took a lot of time with me. Could not ask for a better experience.

I would like to say that Dr. Greathouse and Dr. Peggs did such an incredible job! They both made me feel comfortable before going into surgery and answered all my questions and concerns promptly, efficiently, and professionally. Reid services have always treated me so well, but going into a major surgery made me nervous and anxious, but having them, along with all their nurses, made my nerves calm and my mind at ease. They all treated me like a human being, instead of just another patient. The whole team was so amazing that I would recommend not only Reid to my family and friends, but also Dr. Greathouse and Dr. Peggs. I will not go to any other hospital or clinic now, Reid is it for me. Thank you all so very much, it means more than you will ever know.
