Valet service available at Reid Health’s main entrance

Feb. 8, 2023 -- Visitors to Reid Health's main campus in Richmond who could use a little help getting into the building can take advantage of Reid's complimentary valet service.

Started in 2018, the service was suspended for a time because of the COVID-19 pandemic but is now available again, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Outpatient Care Center entrance.

Using the complimentary valet service eliminates the need for patients to have to walk through the parking lot or bring someone with them so they can be dropped off at the door.

"Our staff can help with anything people might need to get in the building," said Jess Richie, Director of Central Transport, Courier Services & Valet Parking for Reid Health. "We're happy to help."
