Reid Health recognized for excellence in digitally enabled healthcare
Nov. 6, 2025 -- Using technology to improve patient
care has long been a point of emphasis at Reid Health, and those efforts have
again been recognized on a national level.
For the second
year in a row, Reid ranks among the country's best organizations for its use of
digitally enabled healthcare, according to the 2025 Digital Health Most Wired
Survey.
The annual
benchmarking program comes from the College of Healthcare Information
Management Executives (CHIME) and serves as a comprehensive evaluation and report
card for more than 50,000 healthcare organizations around the world.
All
participants in the program are graded on a scale of 1-10. Reid earned Level 9
recognition in both the acute and ambulatory categories for the second year in
a row. It's the 17th time overall and 11th in the past 12
years that Reid has been honored.
"Achieving
Level 9 recognition for the second consecutive year is a powerful reflection of
our ongoing commitment to keeping patients at the heart of everything we do,"
said Muhammad Siddiqui, Vice President/Chief Information Officer for Reid
Health.
"For us,
digital transformation isn't just about adopting new technologies. It's about
reimaging how we deliver compassionate, high-quality care to our communities.
Every system we design, every innovation we introduce, and every cybersecurity
measure we strengthen is guided by a single question: How does this improve
outcomes for our patients?"
Reid ranked
above many of its peers in key areas including:
- Clinical quality and safety
- Analytics and data management
- Cybersecurity
- Population health
- Infrastructure
- Patient engagement
- Innovation

Reid also
received the Rural Digital Health Excellence award from CHIME. The recognition
honors rural health systems that deliver strong results with digital tools,
governance, and cybersecurity while serving smaller or geographically dispersed
communities.
As success in
digital transformation increasingly influences the quality and accessibility of
care, the Digital Most Wired Survey reflects the progress of providers as they
reshape the future of healthcare.
According to
CHIME, the achievement extends beyond information technology to every area of
the enterprise, symbolizing a collective commitment to advancing health and
care through strategic digital initiatives.
"I'm incredibly
proud of our team's collaborative spirit and their dedication to using
technology as a catalyst for exceptional care," Siddiqui said. "This
recognition from CHIME affirms we're not only keeping pace with healthcare's
digital evolution, we're helping to lead it, while staying true to the human
connection that defines Reid Health."
