Reid Health named one of America’s Best-In-State Employers by Forbes

Oct. 1, 2025 -- Reid Health is one of America's Best-In-State Employers for 2025, according to Forbes.

The award is presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

Recipients were selected through an independent survey from a vast sample of more than 160,000 U.S. employees working for companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S. More than 2 million employer evaluations were considered.

Each organization's final score was based on two types of employee evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry).

The Forbes honor is just the latest recognition this year of the work Reid is doing to support team members throughout the organization.

• Reid was one of only four healthcare providers in Indiana to be chosen for the Joy in Medicine award from the American Medical Association. It was the second time Reid was selected for the designation given to health systems, hospitals, and medical groups that prioritize proven methods to reduce burnout and enhance the professional fulfillment of providers that comes from patient care.
• Across the country, only two in five employers each year meet the standards for Mental Health America's Bell Seal certification, which recognizes organizations that are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces, and Reid was one of them in 2025.
