My app. was for 3:45 pm and he came in about 4:20 pm

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful in getting me to the right place that I needed to be. The doctor was very informative, and explained the procedure that we will be doing here in the near future. For the most part, I was satisfied with visit. The only thing that I did not like was waiting for the doctor to come in for 50 minutes. Hopefully, I won't have to wait that long at each visit. Thank you!

Dr Kwong is THE BEST DOCTOR and that is in ALL of Richmond. Reid AND Meridian. This doctor is fabulous.

Very positive visit. All staff and the student were helpful. Dr. Kwong listened to me and addressed my questions. He knows how to establish a good doctor/patient relationship. Keep him!!

Everyone from the front desk, nurses and doctors were great! Very professional and yet communicated well. Informed me of everything and answered all of my questions.

Listen to the patient dont make us wait a hour and 15 mins for 5 mins of there time and does listen to any problems I have or want to help figure out the problem!!!!!!!

The provider seems to know exactly what he was doing explain things to me in a very good way
