Dr Vacca is very nice & he is to the point .

Dr. Vacca explained everything to me so I could understand my condition. He actually found another problem during the visit and we got other tests scheduled to do have done. So glad I went to him and hopefully the other problem can be taken care of as well. Too bad he is leaving Reid Hospital.

Dr Vacca and his staff provide my dad with EXCELLENT CARE every single visit. They always make sure they take time and explain all the details and answer all of our questions and concerns. Reid is very lucky to have them treating their patients.

I understand that several doctors are leaving Reid due to high demands upon them. We have great doctors and can't afford to lose any. Reid needs to be aware of this. We get used to a doctor and then they leave.

Fist visit and it was very good

This doctor is a lung specialist and did not even know I was on oxygen he ask me how he was supposed to know if I didn't tell him he apparently has never read my chart I have been on oxygen for years

Dr. Vacca made me feel very at ease even with discussing important things. I really enjoyed his charisma and compassion. The staff in the lobby and the nurse were all very lovely and friendly and the visit was quick but complete. I got in before my appointment was even due to start and just genuinely enjoyed the staff for making me feel comfortable.

The staff was friendly and professional. Dr.Vacca answered my questions and suggested a course of action in my testing and treatment. He also has a good sense of humor.

I love Dr Vacca I would not go to anyone else. Unfortunately I found out today that he is leaving Reid Health and I am not happy about that at all. It is very hard for me to find providers that I like. Dr Vacca is one on those providers that I trust and like 100 percent. We need more people like him he will be missed

Spent 8 minutes with me didn't know my history and even though I'm doing well on current meds he wanted to change them without looking at my history. The one shouldn't be taken by someone who has seizures. That shows he didn't know any of history.

Doctor Vacca is an excellent doctor, he is very polite, and explains things to me in a very direct and clear manner. He isn't a doctor who gives you only 6 minutes and moves on to the next patient. He take the time to address all the issues, gives you sound advice, and doesn't sugar coat things. He is up front with you about the facts and the possible consequences. Just like I was, the doctor was also confused as to why I was there. I was told I would be getting a packet to complete prior to visit but didn't receive until after my visit today. Total confusion and I don't feel I should have to pay for this visit when they were confused as to why I was there in the first place. Total incompetence for sure.
