The provider was super sensitive to my concerns. She listened thoroughly and provided me with many options. My experience would be much more pleasant everytime if I could switch to this provider permanently.
This was the first physician that had actually read my history before coming into the room. I have never had any physician ever read my history before checking my heart and telling me about my heart murmur, but Roberta had came in and mentioned it and then listened to it without being surprised like other physicians. It made me feel cared about at REID.
Friendly staff
Great people, respectful, and fast
I do wish people would do more for PCOS than just put the patient on birth control. I don't really know what the birth control dose for a women's body but just make there life miscible. maybe talk to your patients a little more rather than just come in and say okay this is what we are doing talk to me about what i'm feeling rather than just telling them this is what you should be doing
I had a great experience with Courtney, MA and Roberta. Being a health care worker myself, I really appreciate how kind and attentive they were. They informed me of everything that was taking place and all about upcoming appointments. It was a good visit.
After a terrible visit at Connersville Reid health, Roberta done and amazing job listening and validating my feelings! And I left satisfied with my care!
Felt rushed. No test were ran, no pertanite questions were asked. Medication was pushed on me without determining how I felt about it.
I waiting a long time between the nurse and Roberta coming in. Since I was having an IUD placed, I was naked waiting for most of that time. It's dehumanizing and the office is cold cold. Also, I wasnt asked about what size speculum I needed so she used the basic standard instead of a smaller one and it hurt. The visit notes I don't feel reflect the visit accurately. They say that I was put in stirrups for this procedure, I was not. It says I have had two IUDs in the past and I've never told anyone that because it isn't true. The one placed today is my second one. The notes say I seemed fine but I was crying during the procedure and when she would ask if I was okay during I was unable to answer from crying.
Very caring,professional and knowledgable.
Everyone is so nice and care about you
She did an excellent job explaining everything she was doing and covered past, current and preventative medical issues. Great job!!!!
The nurse practitioner did not trust the judgment of my gastroenterologist's Diagnosis and follow up.
Roberta Patterson did not listen to me at all. I voiced my concerns without the proper response and posed questions that were left unanswered. She continuously offered "band-aid" type solutions that would not fix the underlying issues. Absolutely will not see her again and will advise friends/family against her as well. Very disappointed and still facing the same health issues with no answers.
She was very nice and made me feel comfortable.
I felt comfortable with everyone there! They took their time to hear me out and care for my needs!
The appointment went smoothly, very satisfied. They were very caring.
I like the fact that she made me feel comfortable about the questions I had and didn't make me feel stupid for asking
Your office made me wait for over 35 minutes before they told me there were no doctors to see me. They gave me the option of rescheduling or waiting for an unspecified amount of time to see a different doctor. I now have to wait an additional two weeks for a new appointment and then come back again. The office staff was very unprofessional. I'm considering finding a new provider.
The directions on the website was misleading.
I had an hour wait after nursing had completed their assessment. I would have liked to have at least 1 person come in to tell me that the provider was running behind instead of myself questioning if I had been forgotten.
It was fine she was great
Took 2+ hours to get back to be seen
