Dr. Patterson and her nurse Ashley were awesome! Super easy to talk to. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

My only 'issue' is that the nurse advised that there was a student and requested my permission to allow her to come in with Dr. Patterson. I asked that she didn't as I haven't had this type of appointment for a long time and just didn't want extra people in the room. She walked in with the doctor, anyway and of course I said it was fine (although I began to become extremely over stimulated immediately). Also, the nurse advised during my initial exam that my BP was high and asked if that was normal. I stated that I was anxious however no - not normal. She stated we will need to check that before you leave. No one did. In hindsight, I just felt as though my interview with the nurse (although she was very professional and kind) was overlooked in total.

I came to this provider after having a not great experience with a different provider. So, I was hoping for a good outcome. My expectations were greatly exceeded. I am glad I made the choice to come to Reid for my care and Roberta made me feel very at ease, listened to all of my needs, explained everything thoroughly, and gave me options and next steps. I will absolutely be recommending this provider and will continue my care here.

I am little frustrated. I was wanting to have the genetic screening completed for my baby as well as a carrier screen for me. From the intake call to my OB visit I wasn't informed how much the test would cost or that my insurance wouldn't cover the test. I wasn't aware of the cost until I received a text from the lab company telling me I owe $250 and $99. I just wish I was informed of this prior to getting the test done. I may have decided against on vs the other.
