Was very pleasant and professional

Waiting for the orders takes to long what should take 5 to 10 mins takes 30 to 45 mins don't know why it takes that long when the visit with the Dr only takes 30 mins at the most doesn't seem like the nurse doing them cares how long out of your day that you are waiting for them to bring it to you

Missy and everyone are always very courteous, knowledgeable, concerned, friendly etc etc

My NP is one of my BEST DOCTOR'S. HONESTLY. She is a remarkable person and very respectful . Knowledgeable, listens ,patience and always smiling. I'm grateful ?to have her care for me. I am a retired RN. 88yrs.old. thank you for listening.

The length of discharge in this office has always been the longest of any office I've been to. The wait in the room is approximately a half hour after the provider is done. That's way too long

I felt the woman who registered me at the front desk was extremely rude to me due to the fact that I a have a significant hearing loss. Very upsetting and unlike Reid personnel. Fortunately, the woman who did my EKG, had me do some deep breathing exercises before starting my EKG!

They are a team and they care about your health problems they definitely deserve respect and respect is what they deserve

The big complaint I have is about getting my prescriptions filled. All of my medications that I'm currently on, as far as I know, I will be on the rest of my life. Some of the time when I request a refill, it takes too long for the pharmacy to get the "ok" from the doctor if there are no refills left. My big example is my prescription for bupropion. I've been contemplating weaning myself off of it but I was going to talk to the doctor first. Well...two weeks ago it needed refilled. 3 days after requesting it to be filled i called my pharmacy. They said they were waiting for the go ahead from the doctors office. I called the office and was only able to leave a message requesting a refill. It told me that it was quicker to go to MyChart and request it. So I did that also. Long story short. It took over two weeks for it to get filled. Well I had already been off of it for over a week and half. When I researched how to wean off of it, it says to do it gradually. Well obviously I had no choice and had to quit "cold turkey". I've been extremely irritable with headaches and just feeling weird. So needless to say, someone dropped the ball or something isn't working. I've heard a lot of people complaining about Reid these days. No one seems to care. People, including myself, go without proper Healthcare because we dread the whole process of Reid. I asked my general practioner about my stomach problem and his reply was " it hasn't killed you yet". Isnt that reassuring? The problem is that Reid is a monopoly around here now and it shows. Sorry to go on and on, but like I said earlier, I'm extremely irritable right now. I need to see my urologist and have for about 3 years now but between my worthless, expensive health insurance and having to deal with Reid, I've been putting it off for far too long.

Missy Griffin is very informative in speaking with me about my health and she seems to be so kind and very knowledgeable. I really like seeing her this time because I did have some questions and she answered them for me very well.
