Everybody is busy. There is pressure to know the right question ask in a very short period of time. I got the feeling my concerns were ridiculous. It was CYA and move along.

Still wondering when surgery will be scheduled. It's been three days and still no surgery date.

I was very pleased, I went in to make an appointment yesterday and got in today, which is almost unheard of. My medications were called in to the wrong pharmacy, but these things happen and it's being sorted out now. I liked my doctor very much, he listened to me, we worked out a treatment plan that made sense to me and I have a follow up scheduled. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Martin has been Dr. McClurg's asst. and is evidently taking over or replacing him. Dr. Martin assisted with my total hip replacement 1.5 yrs. ago and was awesome. He continues his practice and I have total confidence in his work as he continues to care for me. 70 hits me hard all over this year. ? I need and appreciate a dependable orthopedic to keep me well for my family. Not becoming a burden has been the whole reason for this journey I'm on. Thank you, Reid Orthopedics and wonderful young assistants who help Dr. Martin and send me home w a smile. ? ?

Is there an obligation for Reid to disclose when the surgeon doing your surgery is working on his last day? It's fine that his assistant met with me today. But why was I told when scheduling a follow up that I should not meet with the assistant who was present for my surgical operation in a future follow up? What is happening? I'm bewildered.

Too many people to see for a simple procedure. Sorry, but it can be streamlined. First visit identified the problem. Just bring in a cortisone shot and done! I will have to pay out of pocket 3 or 4 times what I should. Plus, I'm missing work to pay your greedy overlords. Sorry. You know.

I was put with Matt since Dr. McClurg left only to find out that Matt is moving over to the hand surgeon. I won't see a couple of the other surgeons you have so I think I'm going to be left with no one at the practice. Will probably have to go to New Castle or Greenville. Drs just come & go.
