Your beds are not the best although I know you have bought new mattresses. They're still very uncomfortable. It is hard to touch a button on the call, the nurse, or raise a head because the mattress is covering the buttons on the bed so you can raise your lower your head.

They staff at Reid Hospital in Richmond always makes me feel welcome and takes great care of me!

My provider took the time to listen to me and explain what could be causing my blood counts to be off, what testing looks like and what treatment may look like. I felt she is invested in my care.

I really loved the NP I saw today. She was very in-depth and she even talked about another thing that was important but not the exact reason for the appointment. She gave me advice on both subjects since she was well versed. I felt that she cared, listened to me, and didn't rush through the appointment and on to the next person. It's a feeling that I've rarely felt in clinics lately.

I tell you what Dr. Sulfikar has a team of some awesome nurses and seen his practitioner for first time she has knowledge of all your medical history and made me feel right home that whole cancer center has the best on board I did radiation and chemo they really treat you good I feel so blessed I was able to get Dr sulfikar back my doctor Dr. I Engle N.P on his team I have no complaints about them at all

Regular doctor was on vacation. We had a NP but was aware what was going on. So we did not think she knew all obit out case but we asked questions and she answered and she got with us on a question that we asked. Very satisfied with her and our care. Do look forward to seeing her around. Bansal is awesome as well. Team work oh my, how amazing all the chemo wow wish other places had the team work and bed side matters as these girls. We love them all. Great job to all the Chemo employees.??

Iesha Engle was very nice and allowed us to discuss all concerns. She could tell I was having some anxiety issues at my visit. She approached my concerns in a manner where I understood her. Her care and understanding, along with knowledge of my illness, eased my anxiety. I didn't feel rushed or ignored as I have by some doctors and NP's. She wasn't condescending at all. I would highly recommend her to others. The nurse who did my initial vitals, Lisa, was very nice and caring, as well. I hope that she continues to work with Iesha in my future appointments.
